Progress is guaranteed when Uranus moves through your financial chart sector, as life will continually shift and change around you, with crossroads choices between late October and late November this year – creating the kind of forward momentum that makes it impossible for you to remain stuck where you are. As this cycle is so important in terms of planning for ‘the unplanned’ I’ll quote from my new book to give you more detail, Aries. This cycle forces you to keep moving, with your money, house, apartment, charity, business or valuables – usually because of larger global trends or major social changes which are happening around you, like this pandemic. And if you stubbornly refuse? You will only be able to hang on to your old life for so long, before you may find yourself either stranded, stuck and left behind – or even shocked by destiny, which can no longer wait for you to move on. Put a price on independence. Hang a tag marked ‘Freedom’ because that is the bargain now.

Let’s talk about the group – and your friends. Neptune in Pisces can often make us forget who we are, as a sense of personal identity and separateness dissolves, and we end up losing our boundaries. Taurus, someone around you may go through this, in relation to you – or it may be you who blends yourself into someone else’s life. Is there anything necessarily wrong with these kinds of associations? It depends on what they achieve for both of you. The confusion of Zoom is a good example of this transit. Jupiter is there alongside Pisces, so you have everything to gain from sorting out boundaries which have disappeared with a friend or were never there. It’s the same with any group. The North Node (in Gemini now) is also known as the Dragon’s Head. Astrologers associate the North Node (and the South Node, its opposite, in Sagittarius) with past life experiences, and you will now face people, situations and places which are strangely familiar. The duets or duels contain déjà vu! They may come disguised in different ways, but what unfolds will essentially be something you know very well. Quoting from my new book to give you more detail – expect a ‘Been there, done that’ feeling about the set-ups, individuals or issues which turn up now. This cycle is easy to manage because it allows you to draw on experience and instinct. You’ll also find the people and situations you draw towards you now are ‘repeats’ from the whole course of your life – it may literally be a case of ‘same old, same old’ or the situation, plan, place or people may be familiar, although repackaged. Let’s talk about the South Node in your Sixth House of work, health, lifestyle, daily routine, fitness, mental health, wellbeing, housework, unpaid work and study. They all go together, don’t they? The South Node is also known as the Dragon’s Tail – and it delivers people, places and experiences which are all too familiar from other lifetimes (or from this one!), and you may feel ‘Been there, done that’ about what happens when it comes around. To quote from my new book to give you more detail, this cycle is rather like Bill Murray’s character in the film Groundhog Day, you may be repeating the past, on a regular basis now – however, the more you go over old ground, or meet with oddly familiar situations, the more you will learn. The idea now is to grow and go forward, even if the universe is playing the same old tape. You may occasionally feel frustrated in this cycle, as nothing appears to be changing – it’s the same old thing – both in terms of this lifetime, and previous lifetimes too. Yet, it ends next January. It could transform you into a better, happier human being if you know how to work the astrology.

Chiron is now in your Ninth House of foreign people and places, Leo. He was the star of the show when the United Nations was born; during the U.S. Declaration of Independence – and 1977. This cycle will challenge you to attempt the most audacious acts and take the most outrageous decisions – for better or worse. Chiron was discovered in 1977, year of punk rock, cloning and test tube babies – it’s about getting away with things that make people’s jaws drop. To give you more detail from my new book, Leo, Chiron is named after a centaur superhero, famous for his skills with a bow and arrow. The symbol also looks like someone holding a bow and arrow. Just like a medieval archer, you will now find yourself faced with the seemingly impossible task of either a) hitting your target from an unthinkable distance or b) trying to hit several targets at once. The English astrologer Dennis Elwell equated Chiron with a kind of cocky impudence. It brings tests of nerve. How far can others go now? Watch out because they’re going to try. This is about one part of the map or its locals.

This entire month, never mind this week, is really about your career, status, success, unpaid work or study. It’s about where you stand in the grand scheme of things and how you feel about the path you have chosen for yourself. This can be an amazingly illuminating and useful time. The Sun in Gemini, for its final week, says “How are you doing? How are you rating? How do you feel about the way other people view you? If you find yourself bursting with pride, that’s validation of the last 12 months. And if you feel invisible? Or too scrutinised? Or even overlooked? Clearly, Virgo, you have work to do. The Sun is highlighting what you most need to pay attention to, so that by this time next year, you can shine brightly – or even brilliantly. Have to say, this particular cycle is more difficult than usual, because your ruler Mercury is retrograde, so the best-laid plans of mice and men are going backwards. Yet, you do come out of this from July 7th with a nice, long, mental rehearsal of what’s needed.

If you are doing things very differently with your money, Libra, then you are doing them right. A radical new take on what is possible is correct. From the point of view of not generating bad karma for the future, Scorpio, the most important aspects of your financial, business and property world, now need a bit of careful thought. This year has been so peculiar. In fact, it all began in May 2020 when the Nodes moved into Gemini and Sagittarius, the signs which rule your money, charity, house, business, shares, apartment, and the rest. If the financial, business or property picture falls short of your own, or other people’s, expectations, use this chance to make a plan until January, when the cycle ends. You have a bit of time to get things right. You need to be in touch with karma from 2002, about your cash situation and security now, so if you’re not, crunch the numbers (or your values) in terms of the past – until they can pass inspection. Other people owe you and they need to give back to you on some level, or you owe them, and it’s now your turn to accept.

What kind of local destination driver are you? What sort of tourist or traveller are you, thinking about life in your region?
