The past comes back to teach you, or serve you, from around 19 years ago, Aries. People from radically different regions, countries or cultural backgrounds can act as a catalyst now, opening your eyes to what’s out there. Ultimately this cycle is about living for the future – moving towards tomorrow, rather than staying stuck where you are. It’s about growing…and growing. Yet, the best way to do it, is to remember the past. Jupiter in Aquarius, his new sign, says “Have faith, think big, don’t waste this chance.”
If you’re in the mood to look around the map for 2021, then cover Australia, look to Asia, Europe and the USA and branch out and discover how people in Tokyo or Sydney are dealing with your questions. For the first time in years, you have rare alignments between Jupiter and the North Node and South Node, in areas of your chart which are about foreign people and places, regional and cultural differences, publishing and the worldwide web, academia and education. So, explore, experiment, learn, grow. Your options, all this time, may have been far more limited than you realised. It may be your mindset that’s been holding you back, or just the narrow parameters of your old way of seeing the world, or even your own local area. The more open-minded you are about what the world can offer you now, the better the results will be.

If you are ambitious, and open to a new professional, unpaid work or academic relationship, you will now be helped by someone (or even an entire group) able to teach you about the world or give you a much larger angle on life – never mind career. H/she may be from a different region, country, culture or belief system, or better educated than you, even if it’s just in the school of life. You’ll realise what a relatively small professional, unpaid work or academic world you inhabited before! This new Jupiter in Aquarius momentum will also carry you forward. Just say yes.

Your role, goal, mission, ambition and position between May-July 2021 and again in December 2021 and into 2022, will put you up where you belong, Gemini. This is so important! I will quote from my book, The Secret Language of the Stars, to give you more detail:

An opportunity to travel, use the web, study, teach, publish or move (at the biggest and best level yet) between May and June 2021 will appear in stages, with some deal-making, negotiation and reorganisation taking place as 2021 opens. You will have to settle some issues about power or control in the first quarter of the year, but later on, when the door is open, you will need to go through it with full expectation and an ‘aim high’ approach – it is unlikely to appear in quite the same way again. Grow and learn, and don’t miss this chance. What you create from May is back again in 2022 and it will be astonishing, both as an escape from the real world (a holiday from reality) but also as the most tremendous solution. Jupiter and Neptune are calling you now.

Uranus is in Taurus in the Tenth House of your chart, which rules your success, achievement, ambition, position and mission. Get ready for lift-off. The worst is over in terms of your service, duty and daily grind; employment obstacles; study challenges; unpaid work burdens. You may also have been weighed down by wellbeing or mental health questions in 2018, 2019 and part of 2020.
This cycle, which can only happen every few decades, is going to open up sudden, liberating possibilities for success and achievement. If you work, then your professional horizons will see fireworks in April, May 2021 and the stage is being set now. Jupiter in Aquarius will expand your view of yourself and your chances in terms of work, unpaid work or the academic life by introducing you to places and people which are foreign to you in some way. Those from other regions, countries, backgrounds, belief systems and cultures will have their part to play. Consider them as tour guides in the bigger, wider world you are now being asked to discover.
Some of this also comes from the Uranus in Taurus cycle. I will quote from my book, The Secret Language of the Stars, to give you more detail:
“The more ambitious you are now, for a bigger and better lifestyle – the more faith you will need to have. However, this cycle is also about learning, growing and gaining ground. The karma goes round with siblings and cousins. With internet-based projects, courses, ideas and plans. With short trips and commuting. You might say it’s a circular Christmas taking you back 19 years, and 19 years before that. Why? The Lunar Nodes move backwards in time and there’s a settling up, or reckoning up, this week. Others may need to do the right thing by you, or perhaps you’re being given tit for tat, but for clues, look back to May 2002. This is important, so I’ll give you more detail from my new book, The Secret Language of the Stars:
“This cycle will teach you how to make the relationship with your cousin, brother or sister work. It will also force you to come up with more effective ways to use the written and spoken word. Finally, this cycle will show you how to manage travel, commuting and transportation issues – from the flights you don’t take, to the electric bicycle you want Father Christmas to bring.
With siblings and cousins – because you are the person you are (at this time and place in your life) and because they are the person they are, some karmic realities are just unavoidable. And this could even go into past lives, Libra. So…put a system in place. Create a strategy for long-term coping and maintenance when everything repeats all the time, because as with internet or media-based projects, courses, close relatives or questions of travel and commuting, what you are seeing is a long loop. Things are on rewind, as you have no doubt found. Yet, from January 2022 the circuit has finished. For now, you can alter your response to what seems stuck on a loop and actually become a happier and more whole human as a result of all that inner training.”

Here comes Saturn, into your home, family and household zone. This is important, so I’ll give you more detail from my new book, The Secret Language of the Stars:
“So…let’s look at your lease, mortgage or property investment first. You need to become a DIY expert on all this stuff now, so you can be constantly and thoroughly updated about everything – from your legal situation with landlords, to the realities of hiring builders. You can never learn too much, or know too much, in this cycle. The more wide open you leave yourself to mistakes and fate, the more difficult this cycle will be. So, build a plan that works and stick to it. There are magnificent answers here in 2021. Jupiter is here too. So, every question prompts a stunning and sweeping, positive outcome.
I don’t know if you own a string of properties in Monte Carlo, or you’re sharing a cheap flat with your friends, but the story is the same. Situations you cannot sidestep, and conditions you cannot avoid, are going to make renting or owning equally hard but also rewarding. You may even need a few slugs of whisky to deal with what’s now happening. But…if you become an expert on all the issues now in front of you, and if you work like a dog at coping, and managing, and enduring, you will be very happy in 2021. The only caveat is, make sure that the way you are now building and structuring your home life, is the right way. In other words, don’t just blindly react to what, or who, is causing you concern. Take a deep breath and strategise and get as much outside advice as you can. How will you know if your strategy is sound? Firstly, it will have worked before, for other people. Secondly, it will be absolutely right for now (check the internet to get the latest.) Thirdly, it will be a strategy that not only protects you from the worst, but it will also stand up on its own merits. You can build a home life now that has merit anyway, quite apart from the fact that it’s your own response to stuff you cannot avoid or control.”

Mars Retrograde and the South Node in Aries? Well, this dual cycle ends on January 6th, 2021 but Christmas is still very much about dealing with traffic lights which go amber, red, green and back to amber. This is important, so I’ll give you more detail from my new book, The Secret Language of the Stars:
“This cycle affects the world of children. This means your own son or daughter, as well as any godchildren, grandchildren, nieces or nephews in your life. A looser connection to children (through your job, for example, or through friends’ offspring – or your hobbies, job or interests regarding the young) may also be on the agenda. You may be concerned with issues like pregnancy, infertility, adoption, postnatal depression, miscarriage and abortion at this time too. So…this whole cycle is best summed up as follows: CHILDREN, TEENAGERS OR MILLENNIALS = TAKE YOUR TIME.
When everything goes backwards or gets stuck, or changes (as it has done and will continue to do, for a few more days) you have to be strategic. What’s going on out there? Where do you stand? What’s the truth of your situation? Once you know, think about January 6th, 2021, when Mars is no longer in the Retrograde cycle, as the true green light for a different future. I would also include sexual relationships or even brief encounters which could usher in pregnancy, or bring the bonding that leads to stepchildren, say.
This cycle is also about any activity or profession that brings younger and older together – so music, jewellery making, painting, performance, blogging, dance, show-off sports, Harry Potter, Beatrix Potter – and whatever you do, to connect. The circuit is over on 6th January but do loop the loop at the moment, this Christmas.”

Uranus in Taurus in your Fifth House is about sexual relationships (or encounters) which may bring in pregnancy or step-parenting. It is very much about babies, infants, schoolchildren, teenagers or young adults. Uranus is a symbol of quite radical change. You’ve already seen some, haven’t you! There is more to come as the earth signs in the zodiac now form new patterns. And you are an earth sign. “This cycle will affect your marriage, partnership, dating chances, and of course, your own son or daughter. Perhaps, young relatives or godchildren who are here at Christmas. Uranus is the bringer of upheaval, and this is a very COVID-19 Christmas, isn’t it! Yet, it brings tremendous new space and possibility. You will have to live in the real world at this time, which is ‘the new unknown’ as the unavoidable facts about yourself and your situation will need to be dealt with, in the most practical way. Flapping is not an option but flipping really is. Flip and flip again, Capricorn. Don’t imagine your love life or your parenting role at this time will be normal. And let’s include paid or unpaid efforts with younger people too, like cricket coaching or a very young demographic for your product. This cycle will ask you to draw on your experience of 2018, 2019 2020 so far, make a flexible plan, put everything together with maximum room to pivot and twist, then roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary.”

Apart from anything else, the sheer energy, time and patience your relaunch requires now will be monumental. You could spend a year or two structuring your image, brand, title or appearance a certain way – or labouring away at a solution.

It is about your shop front and you are putting it together in quite a new and powerful way in the Twenties.
It’s also important to leave time and energy for other things, apart from an exterior which is under such heavy and vital construction! If this is your only task at the moment you need to know there’s another story, about financial, business or property abundance on offer, and it starts in May.”

The more stuck you have been with property, business, charity or finance, now the more you will leave yourself in a position to finally move forward from January 6th, 2021, so…be conscious of what you’re doing. You have certain arrangements with your flatmates about the bond, perhaps, or a family inheritance or a little cottage that you and your husband just bought, but what happens when you are at the tail-end of Mars Retrograde and still going around and around? The answer is of course to continue to treat life as a dress rehearsal. From January 6th, 2021, every light is green, financially, Pisces. “If money, business and property issues have dominated your headspace to the point where you are using up large chunks of your life to do all the ‘re’ things – Rethink. Review. Recycle. Reconstruct. Restructure – then prepare. Get a new plan from 6th January when you’ll be off the circuit.”
