What to do on Mercury Retrograde
The very first thing you can do on a Mercury cycle is treat big statements and life-changing news as questionable. This may not be the whole story, or the end of the story!

It’s that time again. Mercury, the planet which rules communication, transport, information and travel is about to move backwards. Of course, he doesn’t literally do this. But when he appears to slide backwards and forwards, so do our lives.
Much as I’d love this flakey cycle to start later and end earlier, it just isn’t true. We have to count the shadows with Mercury and that means February as a whole is not a normal month.
Three years ago you read (on this website) the prediction that Christmas 2014 would bring a crisis on Wall Street, with specific dates. This came to pass. My prediction was made using the dwarf planet Ceres. See her in the chart below at 12 Cancer. She will be hit again in February 2015.
Phones, media, the internet, the post. Three times a year, Mercury – the planet which rules information, communication and transportation – appears to go backwards.
Mercury Retrograde does not mean the sky falls on your head. But nor should any astrologer trivialise the chaos that can be caused. The story of RMS Titanic is a case in point.
