The Karmic Shift in Your Personal Life
On Tuesday 6th November the loop pattern you have been experiencing with the world of pregnancy, children, stepchildren, young relatives or godchildren ends. The Node changes signs and instead of seeing repetition, the space is clear for genuinely new and different developments. This goes in tandem with another important shift, as Ceres finally moves out of your zone of marriage, partnership, separation, divorce, exes and potential partners – on Sunday 11th November. By the time you reach the middle of the month you should be experiencing the feeling that ‘That was then, this is now.’ Ceres is a symbol of forced compromise so there will be a new deal or new world with the man (or woman) at the heart of so many questions recently. This is about the way control is shared and power is used. A typical example would be one partner wanting a baby, while the other one is unsure. Another example would be custody arrangements. I am sure you have your own story. But, there is a double bump here on the 6th and 11th which will make 2019 look far clearer to you after a demanding 2018.
Travel, Relocation, Publishing, Education, Foreigners
From Thursday 8th November, you begin a wonderful new cycle of opportunities and big solutions, which will improve the way you travel, perhaps move you to a new location for 2019, allow you to go further with books and websites, take you to the next level as a student of life (or mentor) and put one foreign nationality on your personal map. Does this all sound too good to be true? Don’t underestimate Jupiter. This is particularly powerful cycle because billions of people born in the Seventies and Eighties are about to create a global wave of new travel possibilities together and you can surf it.
On 23rd October 1995 the low-cost airline EasyJet took its first booking and is today in 30 countries. It made it possible to take more holidays, more often, to more places. Jupiter’s key word is ‘more’, and it also describes open doors. The feeling that suddenly, things are expanding.
Jupiter entered Sagittarius on December 9th, 1994 and stayed there until January 3rd, 1996.
In October 2007 Airbnb arrived, with Jupiter in Sagittarius. It opened up a classic new Sagittarian experience for the world. Vacation accommodation became more affordable, plentiful and diverse. At the same time, hosts ‘met the world’ as foreign guests came into their lives.
This time round we saw Jupiter enter Sagittarius on November 24th, 2006, remaining there until December 18th, 2007.
Aries, this cycle is also about ‘travel in the mind’ so fresh chances to teach, mentor, guide, lecture – perhaps to write or properly publish – are coming. So too are fantastic opportunities to study or train, either through evening classes, weekend workshops or via an advanced degree.
What I need to point out to you is that Mercury Retrograde begins the cycle so even though you will feel the hope and see the open door – please allow for delays, changes or even reversals on the road.
The whole Mercury story including the shadow (Retroshadow) actually begins on 1st November so be aware. You are going to hit extreme weather, business and political decisions which are delayed or in flux, computer issues and so on – right up until Christmas Day, December 25th – when you will finally have firm facts, final outcomes and no more risk of delay or change.
I am going to predict everything which benefits a traveller here. Massive currency shifts so that your dollar/pound/euro buys more of a foreign currency and suddenly makes a previously expensive destination available. You could also predict an airline price war or price drop and so on.
The kicker is, you need insurance and Plan B and Plan C before Christmas Day.
Aries this also applies to college or university admission, other courses you may enrol in, and all Ninth House pursuits. (You can look the Ninth House up on Search when you finish reading this as it’s where the big opportunities are, but also the initial delays).
The Compromise Over Your Money, Property, Business, Charity
I mentioned Ceres earlier in. your prediction. She is a symbol of forced compromise. It’s really clear from your chart that there has already been quite a long period of examination and inspection about your money, house, apartment, business or charity. It’s been going on for weeks, actually, ever since Venus moved into this same zone of your chart.
Nothing has resolved quickly or easily. Yet, once Mercury is out of Retroshadow on December 12th one tangled knot will be unstuck. Then, you need to spend most of January dedicated to a new share agreement as the actual issue here is not so much what you earn, own or owe – it is how much control you have. There will be a power-packed new agreement in place by January 28th, 2019 but it will take time. You, he, she or they are going to have to figure out how the power between you is to be managed. Yet from February, Aries, you will shut the door. It’s over and actually, 2019 will reallocate the controls in a fairer all-round way.

Your Former, Current or Potential Partner. Your Enemies or Rivals
Who is the person on the other end of the scales? This man or woman is either with you (you two are a partnership) or against you (you two are at odds). Either way there may be a legal matter here as the scales of justice may be what you are dealing with. Perhaps the issues of fairness, equality or justice are less formal, but also there. Marriage raises issues like that. So, does a professional partnership. So, does a feud.
Taurus, this is going to take a bit of time to sort out. You have already spent the last few months seeing terrific improvements, if an unfinished situation. The door to useful opportunities remains open until Jupiter is in Scorpio, your opposite sign, on November 8th. After that, the usual protection, help and general forward thrust is no longer there. In its place you are left with an unfinished discussion or plan which won’t actually play out until December 2nd to 12th when Mercury retraces his steps.
From the 12th December you will know where you stand following a replay, rewrite or rescheduling. From that point on a compromise is coming. The power and control between you two needs to be reallocated and that will happen by the end of January. In fact, a lot of your time in January will be taken up by figuring out a new deal.
A classic example would be a separation or divorce. If so you stand to benefit, as you are headed for a lucrative 2019, but do be aware that despite high hopes from November 8th it would not be until after Christmas Day that you actually see smooth progress. January 2019 would deliver, probably at the time your ruler Venus conjuncts Jupiter, the planet of abundance, reward, high hopes, growth and optimism – near the 22nd January.
Another classic example is marriage, moving in together, forming a new business partnership (or a new project within an existing work duet). Same message! Because of this weird Mercury Retrograde, you won’t see resolution until December 2nd-12th has ushered in a replay, rewrite or rescheduling. Yet, after that, you can devote January to sorting out how you two are going to share the control. Taurus, however this cycle pans out for you, the situation with your former, current or potential partner (perhaps an enemy) is well and truly over as you go into February 2019. Until then please get it in writing, read the fine print, have Plan B and C and allow for the fact that December will see a change or waiting game.
Saving and Making Money
For whatever reason, possibly involving the situation with your former, current or potential partner (above) or an opponent – you’ll save or make money soon. How soon? Well you should have every right to be optimistic after Jupiter changes signs on 8th November. There may be a political or business world change at that point that will surely benefit you.
This is the famous Jupiter cycle in your Eighth House, which rules sex and money, family and property and all the contents of your own and other people’s wills and legacies. In other words, it is about the large-scale matters – houses, jewellery, art, apartments, business assets, shares, life insurance – not the small stuff. It also very much involves those binding personal attachments with other people, so this is not you by yourself, bean-counting!
Try to work with the Mercury Retroshadow cycle. You are going to hit delays, alterations, a rewrite of the initial news or discussion and the rest – right up until Christmas Day. From that point forward, you should be rubbing your hands together as it really will be a very Merry Christmas and an extremely happy New Year. Yet, until then please follow the Mercury Rules. Get it in writing. Read the fine print. Ask yourself what would happen if there was a hitch, replay or delay and plan accordingly. It’s really clear to me that you are building up to a golden handshake of agreement near 22nd January 2019 though. So, the process takes you somewhere. Then all though next year, you will save or make money with amazing results.

Love, Sex and Future Partnerships
From 8th November until the end of the cycle on 2nd December 2019, you will experience wonderful solutions, new opportunities and happy endings all round which involve your former, current or potential partner. This is about love, sex and marriage or common-law marriage. If your relationship is on the rocks then either counselling or an amicable solution, very likely with a potential new date on offer next year, suggests a Merry Christmas.
Your own personal birth chart, which you have access to if you are a Premium Member, will tell the full story. Perhaps you want to get back together with your former partner. Maybe you are single and looking for someone new. If so, the potential candidate from 8th November is a far superior bet to so many others you have seen in the past.
If you are happily married or committed, there may be a baby, new home, world trip or business venture which expands your duet so that you are headed for Dynamic Duo status in 2019.
I’m not overplaying this. The forthcoming transit of Jupiter in your opposite sign of Sagittarius is a relief and a release, no matter if you are alone and no longer wish to be or looking for a way out of a bad marriage. If you have felt that your partnership needs to go somewhere, and grow somewhere, this will also be on offer, with the very first signs just after 8th November.
I am now going to give you a caveat. It will get off to a slow and bumpy start. Mercury your ruler is Retroshadow from 1st November. I have absolutely no doubt this is when you will hear news, read a truly important email, hear gossip or actually have one of those deep and meaningful discussions (we used to call them Deep and Meaningfuls at University) which start things rolling.
Yet, Gemini, do not bank on this episode across the first 2 weeks of November being anything like the ultimate outcome, as you’re going to hit the typical delays or rewrites of the story which come on Mercury Retrograde. It will not be until Christmas Day and following that you know what is actually going on. From that point forward though, it really will be a Happy New Year.
I’m tipping the third week of January as the time a lot of you will finally get together with someone who piqued your interest in the first week of November. In other cases, this is when troubled couples will reach agreement, find a great counsellor – and settled couples will celebrate a huge leap forward.
Other Partnerships, Duets and Double Acts
Gemini, sometimes there are intensely personal reasons why you don’t want marriage or common law marriage in your life, but you put your time and energy into other sorts of duets or double acts. If so, you will also welcome the arrival of Jupiter in Sagittarius on 8th November.
Allow for a slow and changeable beginning, with no firm outcomes until Christmas Day, yet from that point forward you are on track for a really wonderful new arrangement in the third week of January with this person and 2019 as a whole will be an absolute blessing for you two.
Karma and Money, Property, Business
You have already been living with Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn in your Eighth House throughout 2018. You have felt the typical burden of Saturn and the endless waiting game. You have also been dealing with people politics, power and control issues regarding just one person or an entire organisation. This now becomes karmic, so you will find that when the South Node also enters Capricorn from 6th November, events from about 19 years ago come back to you, on a spiritual or soul level. Perhaps literally, if there is an actual debt from 2000/2001 that needs to be settled, or cash-in-kind to be received or paid.
It is more common for the karma to be symbolic, not literal, so let’s say you were generous with others about 19 years ago and now that is coming back. If you were ungenerous or even worse – I’m afraid you will have to pay your dues.
Even with some kind of karmic payback, you are still going to be moving slowly and carefully through this cycle into 2019, and also most of 2020. Deep breath. There is a nickname for Saturn in astrology. It is TINA. Also known as, There Is No Alternative. You do need a strategy, Gemini. A proper game plan to help you pace yourself and get you through this period, until it’s over for good by Christmas 2020. I know that you’ve been managing so far – and managing well – but the time has come for a major review of your patterns.
Some of those patterns are evident because you keep on doing much the same thing, in the same way, regarding your business interests, house, apartment, bank account, charity, valuable items and so on. If ever there was a time to sit down and figure out what you’re doing, and why you’re doing it – this is it.
Your Friends and Groups
Tuesday 6th November is a big day in America, as Mid Term Elections begin. It also happens to be the day that Uranus goes back into your zone of friends and groups. Very close to 11th November Uranus is opposed by Ceres. Then on 26th November, Diana enters here.
Let me translate – you have not yet resolved major questions about the level of freedom and independence you have with a particular friend, and circle of people. The other person also needs to figure out that Fleetwood Mac song. Go Your Own Way. I think from 6th November there is really no way around this. You are both/all on track for a radically different arrangement from March 2019, which is when you can farewell a most unusual period in your life.
Social media might reflect this for you. Your social life certainly does. Uranus and Diana are tremendous symbols of autonomy and space. One particular friend asks you to sort out how much space to ask for – and how much space to allow. This affects the whole group, no matter if it is a trade union, heavy metal band or some other circular community.
It will help to remember that asking for a predictable and safe life is not really what this cycle is all about. Instead, make the changes that are required to give yourself and others a ton of room to move. Uranus is retrograding back so I’m fairly sure this is an unresolved matter left hanging since May 2018. This may also be a different face, different situation, but same story. Gemini, you are now on track for a radically new set-up in your social life and social media which will be in place very quickly from March next year. November is part of that.

Karma and Your Former, Current or Potential Partner
You have been living with Pluto and Saturn in your opposite sign of Capricorn all year. They are joined by the South Node (karma) from Tuesday 6th November. If you two have been together since around 2000, 2001, then this is a direct flashback to those years and what you owe each other, or are owed, spiritually.
In other cases, developments from around 19 years ago with a different partner, or former partner, may now return to you. Why? You have something to settle with yourself and the world. The South Node will keep you in a holding pattern until there is closure.
The time has come to be strategic about your former, current or potential partner, well into 2019 and most of 2020. You may be relying on a particular way of managing, which you put together this year. That’s fine up to a point but there does need to be a serious conversation and a new decision in December 2018 or January 2019, so you can pursue a plan which is as comfortable and secure as possible. There is a lot going on here!
There are power and control questions between both of you, or perhaps involving a third person or organisation. The scales keep on tilting, no matter how often you try to balance them. I am sure you are also familiar with the heavy burden that Saturn presents. We associate this planet with lead in astrology and it can feel just like that. Lead scales. Scales tilted with lead.
One thing that will help you a lot is the relief and release of no longer being stuck in a loop with the money, the house, the business or the apartment. That vanishes with the Node’s change of sign on 6th November.
You have been stuck for a long time and that will stop around the end of the first week. That means you are much freer to do and say things that matter to you, without constantly feeling that you’re running in circles.
Other Duets and Double Acts
I mentioned karma in connection with your former, current or potential partner. This also applies to other kinds of duets and double acts. A work partnership. Some other two-way arrangement. You have also been dealing with Saturn and Pluto here all year, so figuring out how to share the power and control things in both directions has taken up a lot of your time. You have also been waiting, waiting, waiting as Saturn is associated with the house glass. Like sands through the hour glass, these are the Days of Our Lives. Indeed.
It will help to know there is an end point. Things become faster, easier and looser in 2020 and you’re out of this by Christmas that year. However, everyone has this triple pattern somewhere in his/her chart and you have it with this person. What will really help is to play it slow, pace yourself, have a plan and actually, to devote a bit of reading time to what works for other people!
Your Fantastic New Lifestyle and Work Options
You are going to see the biggest, best changes with work and your career as a whole in years – starting in a small way, with an acorn that you plant from November 8th. If you don’t work this applies to your life as a volunteer, full-time parent or career. It also applies to university life.
There is a quite astonishing switch in the heavens coming. Jupiter, the planet of solutions, big answers, opportunities and open doors is entering your zone of daily work, service and duty. This also has great possibilities for your wellbeing, which I will discuss in a moment.
We are also seeing Uranus re-enter your career, achievement and ambition zone on Tuesday 6th November. So that’s a pretty memorable first eight or nine days to work with. Uranus tells you that freedom and independence are on offer and that from March 2019 you will end an era, finish a project, leave a job or see the final chapter written with a particular boss, employee, lecturer and so on.
We’re talking lifestyle as a whole here, embracing how and where you sleep, your living and working space, your breakfast, how your body serves you, the work you do – from housework, to gardening, to desk duties – and your interpretation of meaningful employment. Gainful employment. You can do this for no pay because you love it, or do it for pay, but feel like you’re being paid anyway.
Cancer you are on the road to this from November 8th but please allow for delays, rescheduling and perhaps a rewrite of the first news or discussion, right up until Christmas Day.
Mercury Retroshadow and Retrograde (always, always count both cycles together) will be with you from 1st November to 25th December and you need to know that the high hopes are right. The fantastic door which opens around the 8th is real. However, the key may be different, and the lock may change by Christmas.
Your Mind, Body and Spirit
The Sixth House of your chart, ruled by the zodiac sign Sagittarius, is also where you will now see hope, opportunity and solutions. It rules your mind, body and spirit as all are connected in astrology. We associate this new cycle with answers and options which were not there before, and this relates to your food, drugs, drink, doctor, healer, surgeon, personal trainer, fitness, dentist, optometrist, nurse and so on.
Do yourself a favour and track news about your particular health issues online and via The Lancet in particular. Don’t restrict yourself to mainstream medicine. Look at the alternatives. Jupiter has been a tremendous symbol of big answers and huge upgrades and improvements, for over 2000 years.
You are going to have a really good reason to believe that 2019 is a great leap forward, from around November 8th. Do not be put off if there is rescheduling, a delay, changes to the original information or any other curve. From Christmas Day when Mercury Retroshade is over, you are looking at January as easily the most genuine fresh start you have felt in years. Repeat, years.
Just remember, from Christmas Day it’s all available to you with your lifestyle, workload and your physical energy and strength levels. There will be a splendid agreement or new arrangement in the third week of January. A vast number of Cancer people are going to be promoted, accept job offers or snap up the best projects. You may decide to take redundancy or retirement because the money makes it possible. This may also be the time there is a lifestyle shift. Your body, mind and spirit are in the zone for improvement and it will come. Your personal chart will tell the story.

Karma with Your Former, Current or Potential Partner is Over
Karma with your former, current or potential partner is over on Tuesday 6th November. The balance sheet will be settled for another 19 years. It has been very difficult to break out of stuck patterns with this person since May 2017. Now, you can move forward.
The World of Babies, Children and Young People
You will be overjoyed at solutions to issues, or amazing new opportunities, which begin from Thursday 8th November involving younger faces. This may be your son, daughter, godchild, young relative, stepchild or a project involving paid or unpaid efforts with much younger people. The situation will be set up from 1st November but please prepare yourself for rescheduling or a rethink of the original plans, along the way. This does not mean you stop hoping, dreaming or thinking big. Far from it! Yet, it will not be until Christmas Day that you have final confirmation of what 2019 will bring you.
A typical example of this would be arrangements for your daughter’s education which stop and start. Another example would be an adoption process which takes you backwards and forwards. Another example might be the pursuit of pregnancy with your partner, or successful custody arrangements with an ex. Sometimes the issue is your partner’s young relatives, in which case expect a more maternal or paternal role there, which fulfils you wonderfully in 2019.
You are slowly but surely moving towards the most fantastic new arrangement or overdue agreement on January 22nd which allows you to become who you are. What do I mean by that? Well, Leo is the sign which mentors, guides, trains and sets an example to the young. What unfolds within 24 hours of that date will show you that you are Queen or King to a younger court.
It is very important to remember that Leo rules everything which entertains and educates younger people – which binds the generations together. Even though you already have a good track record here, you could stun and amaze yourself and others with what begins to unfold in November with solid results in 2019.
It is possible that a new sexual relationship will be on offer from Thursday 8th November as the path to your 2019 life as monarch to a junior generation, may come from a lover who has children from a previous relationship, or a partner who wants to pursue pregnancy, fostering or adoption with you. If so, allow for a bumpy beginning, as the communication is not what it should be, or the connections will misfire. Yet, somewhere between Christmas Eve and Boxing Day it will all start to work out for you, with a blissful moment near January 22nd.
Travel, Publishing, Education, Foreigners, Internet
Leo, this whole area of your life (above) is a constant story for you, as you have had major changes unfolding in your chart for many years, and they will be there years into the future too. I am sure you have become quite accustomed to the most unpredictable life, as a traveller, publisher, teacher, student, internet citizen – or where foreigners are concerned. Nothing can go to plan because no plan exists! You have learned to zig-zag and now you must do it again.
Saturday 10th, Sunday 11th and Monday 12th November find Uranus opposed by Ceres. Across this period do be at your most flexible and adaptable as you will need to work around the astrological weather conditions, which are stormy. This may be literal if you are flying so please do more checking than usual regarding the real climate out there. As a general comment about this period, don’t hang on and hold on to what was there. You are a fixed sign, but you need to surf the waves of change with a trip, book, website, course, workshop or foreign person. Looking further ahead, 27th February 2019 is the very last time you will ever have to deal with the unpredictable side of this cycle. You may even be able to plan ahead! For now, try to see that you are being thrown freedom with every change.
Your House, Family, Apartment, Household, Home Town or Homeland
The Beatles’ song, Long and Winding Road sums this up. Leo, it will not be until Ceres makes her first new patterns on 28th January 2019 that you can say one episode is over. Why is it taking you so long and taking you all over the place? Well, despite the new beginning around 7th November, there is a conversation, plan, agreement or negotiation which is unfinished, and it will not be until December 1st through 12th that you see how much the story has changed. I hope that you have been reading all the Mercury Retrograde dates I posted (I put them up months in advance) so that you knew not to pursue home renovations, a property transaction, flatmate reshuffle and so on at this time. At the very least you are going to need Plan B and C.
What is going on here is a major compromise about who controls what, and where the balance of power rests. This may be with a family member, flatmate, live-in partner, tenant, landlord or with officials. Take a deep breath and prepare for rescheduling or rethinking in December. Allow yourself until the end of January for the final agreement.
Leo, if you have the luxury of choosing when you are going to organise your home, family or household you may prefer to wait until January.

Home Improvements, Property Gains, Family Opportunities, New 2019 Residence
Virgo, if you have your personal birth chart as a Premium Member take a look and see if you have factors in Cancer in your Fourth House, which rules your apartment, land, house, property investment, family, home town and homeland. If you do, then November begins a long run of karmic gains which help you to claim rewards from all the good things you did (or the wise things you did) in 2000 or 2001. Things will have a funny way of coming back to you, with stunning home improvements, a new residence, family gains or flatmate breakthroughs in 2019.
Even if you don’t have your chart, there is every sign that what you read or hear from 1st November will get you thinking about what might be possible with overdue repairs, renovations or even a move. You might also have one eye on a home that becomes affordable, given wider economic trends in your country or area, hinted at in the first week of November. On the other side of the coin, early November might suggest your house or apartment is going up in value.
By this time next year Virgo you could be in a fantastic new place in a much better area (even in another country) or have expanded your current home with more room. Nagging issues about your home or garden which were never resolved will be sorted out from January onwards.
Virgo this cycle begins with Mercury Retroshadow. You are going to be held up, or see the story change, before Christmas. Yet, from Christmas Day forwards you are in the biggest and best cycle in years for your people and your place.
Family problems or flatmate issues will be resolved. You will also see long overdue improvements with your local area or country. Your council may green-light a new library and park, for example, or your government may see massive political shifts that get rid of what you consider to be a problem!
Jupiter in Sagittarius is here. It’s a slow and bumpy start but keep walking forwards and even if you step backwards and sideways, from Christmas Day it’s a case of ‘run don’t walk’ because 2019 will be so very, very welcome.
There is an obvious link here with Uranus, the planet of radical change, moving back into Aries on Tuesday 6th November. Those first 8 or 9 days of this new month will change a great deal, very quickly. Uranus is really about new freedom and independence and it will come as a result of family money or your partnership finances. What you are seeing is quite a dramatic shift and it won’t stop until March next year.
Uranus is like an electrical storm. It blows in very suddenly and there is always relief and release from tension. The situation may not be strictly financial – it may be about money saved, as much as money made. There may be insurance, a legacy, an inheritance and more involved.
Karma, Children, Young Relatives, Stepchildren, Godchildren, Young People
You have been dealing with Saturn and Pluto in your Fifth House in 2018. That has been very hard work. You have had to stare down the issue of your own control and power in a situation involving pregnancy, children, young relatives, stepchildren, godchildren or a project involving younger people.
You have also been playing whack-a-mole with (perhaps) questions about a sexual relationship, which in turn raises issues about being a parent, not being a parent, dealing with stepchildren and so on. This is quite natural in the Fifth House which we associate with contraception, unplanned pregnancy, children from another marriage/relationship and so on.
Virgo, karma now enters the picture. The South Node joins Saturn and Pluto from Tuesday 6th November. This goes back about 19 years, so if you have an older son or daughter who came onto the planet in around 2000, 2001 this is pure past life connection. You knew each other before in a prior existence and must settle up, collecting rewards, fulfilling promises or paying spiritual debts.
Even if there was nothing dramatic around 19 years ago, Virgo, you could be dealing with karma going back in multiples of 19 years – all the way back to life in your previous existence. The Node is a very strange phenomenon in astrology. It cycles back through the signs not forwards. My Indian colleagues cite reincarnation.
All you want to know is – when does this get easier? It gets easier in stages. You develop a new way of managing in December, January 2019. Then you work it for most of next year. In 2020 you get a big break and then from Christmas 2020 the cycle is complete. Never again in your entire life will you ever have to pour in the energy, focus and determination now required of you with your son, daughter, fertility question, grandchild, niece, nephew, godchild and so on.
If you have paid or unpaid work involving children or younger people at the heart of your life, then this may be where you are being asked to take a deep breath and do the work. November is about understanding that the key to everything is to construct a new attitude from within which makes you feel a great deal more comfortable. That is really what December and January will be about.

The End of a Revolution: Your Former, Current or Potential Partner
Libra, you may (or may not be) with the partner you had back in 2011 when this cycle first began, but Uranus in your opposite sign of Aries has delivered a revolution in the way you see partnership. This may be because a relationship or marriage has fallen by the wayside, or perhaps you have had a number of different lovers, or a long period of freedom as a single person.
Now, the end of the revolution is approaching. You will feel the bump very close to Tuesday 6th November when Uranus goes back into your opposite sign, and another bump when Diana moves into the same area of your chart on Monday 26th November. She is a symbol of independence and famously asked her father Jupiter to release her from both marriage and motherhood. Thus, the stage is set for the final chapter in a very long story about being your own person and doing your own thing – emotionally, sexually or financially.
This chapter ends in March 2019 but the actual experimentation with commitment, marriage, equality, partnership and perhaps the legal side of your private life, continues for many years. It will not be until 2027 that the long Chiron cycle to come is over.
As a society in the West we have already seen the push for equal marriage and the rise of transgender and bisexual people. This may be front-and-centre for you or just on the edge of your radar, but it is an expression of an entire generation born with Uranus (the revolution) in Libra, the sign of partnership – and your own sign too.
This does have a ripple effect and perhaps you are picking up on it, or the other person in this dance may be feeling the waves of change. Your former, current or potential partner will become your teacher, if he or she is still at the very heart of everything in March 2019. You will learn lessons which utterly transform what you think if possible or even allowed, in your personal life.
If you are with a new person from March 2019, again, it will be an education. Chiron is the most tremendous teacher.
The New Boom in Projects, Courses, Ideas, Concepts, Communication
This is going to get off to a slow and uncertain start, Libra, but eventually the dress rehearsal or first draft that begins on November 1st will turn into a success story like no other, in 2019. Make allowances for computer or telephone issues, communication misfires, a lack of order or organisation from outside, extreme weather and so on – but eventually you will get there, from here.

If you do have them then you are set for an exceptional 12 months, with qualifications, a website or book at the other end, or a second language. Even if you are already vastly experienced with academia, publishing, travel or foreign commitments – there will be more, and at a bigger and better level than you have seen in 12 years.
Whatever your personal chart looks like, you are in a fantastic position to educate or be educated. To write and be published, online or on paper. Just make sure you allow for changes and delays until Christmas Day, but from that point onwards you’re flying.
There may also be a corresponding improvement in the nature of your bus or train travel, your car, boat or other way of commuting. Short trips just an hour or two away, may become easier or more affordable. These are all classic outcomes of this extremely welcome new Jupiter cycle. Again, allow for delays and changes at the start, but from Christmas you’re on your way.
Aim high in 2019 no matter if you want to explore Paris, learn to drive, buy a bicycle, gain your degree, publish an eBook, start a blog or YouTube channel and so on. At the very top end of Libran experience there may be an award-winning documentary or bestseller.
If your core issues are health-related and affect communication – hearing, speech, writing, memory – then take every opportunity you are given from this point forward to improve things, as those open doors will be there. The key and lock may change before Christmas, but you will have access to something so much better and bigger. Don’t let the opportunities pass you by please. This applies all next year. It may be new advances in hearing aids, the sudden availability of laser eye treatment or whatever you need to be heard and read more effectively, but by all the laws of astrology, that Jupiter-Neptune pattern next year will bring it. Start Now! Making and Saving Serious Money in 2019
For the first time in 12 years, the planet of opportunities, solutions, hope, growth and expansion – Jupiter – moves into your Second House of money, houses, apartments, business, charity and valuable items. You stand to make or save serious money, starting 1st November.
There is a caveat. Allow for a dress rehearsal or first attempt until Christmas Day as the story you begin to hear about in the first week, which looks so hopeful from 8th November, is set to change. It will either be held up, or alter shape, so if you can get it in writing, read the fine print, allow for some weeks of back-and-forth discussion or alterations – you’re fine.
There are a few Wall Street traders who deliberately use the Mercury Retrograde cycle to make a lot of money very quickly, but you need to know exactly what you are doing.
For the most part you are going to hear about/read about something which would assist you enormously in 2019. Property prices may come down if you seek to buy or go up if you want to sell (Jupiter is personal).
There may be an overdue settlement or sale on the way, so keep the faith until Christmas Day, even if there is a communication misfire or even a reversal. Extreme weather can sometimes get in the way of the post.
A pay rise or bonus seems like a possible outcome or a redundancy package. We also need to look at your personal birth chart here, so if you are a Premium Member see if you have factors at around 0 or 15 Scorpio in the Eighth House of insurance, legacies, banks and the rest.
If you do, then you also need to allow for a rescheduling or rewriting of the original facts or figures and this could take you all the way back to September or October, actually. Yet, once Mercury goes straight through Scorpio again in the first week or two of December, you will know where you stand.

The revolution has been well and truly with you since May 2018. Now, you get a break from the rolling changes. Part of the uncertainty or wildly experimental feel has come from your own reaction. Lifestyle Reshape, Workload Rethink
Your relationship with your own body has to be seen in the light of what other people expect from you. This goes into your paid work, sure, but also into your unpaid work, housework and routine tasks. The dog and cat, for example. It all adds up, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting in a chair or dealing with computers and constant information input.
Ever since 2011, you have been facing the reality that your body will talk to you, loud and clear, about the work you are expected to do. You have to listen to your body because it has a message. In fact, it is the messenger of your soul.
This, more than anything else, is behind the constant atmosphere of uncertainty or unpredictability, as you have been ducking and diving, chopping and changing, in a churning world. That’s coming up to 8 years of never truly knowing what or who is coming next.
This stops on March 2019, once and for all. It actually stops. For now, you have a brief return. You might call this closure, so you have November, December, January, February to try and understand what works best for you across all the list items. Sleep. Fitness. Food. Drugs. Drink. Healers. Doctors. Bosses. Staff. Lecturers. Classmates. Colleagues.
You are being told that you can either be ‘free from’ or ‘gain freedom through’ in November and I would expect the Ceres-Uranus opposition near Sunday 11th November to be a real watershed.
It takes great insight sometimes to see that you are gaining freedom through something you never asked for. Freedom from X comes because you get freedom through Y, even though Y was never, ever on your agenda.
The other big shift I think that contributes to this is the North Node leaving Leo and your sector of success, achievement and ambition. This happens on Tuesday 6th November and you will have quit karma on that day. What kind of karma? Well, it took you back about 19 years, or even well into a past life.
You always know when you have that kind of cycle because everybody just repeats their lines or does the same thing. You try to improve, or progress, or shift the narrative. Nothing really works. Why? Because destiny repeats herself until you change on the inside. Really change! Then, miraculously, the endless loop with your career, unpaid work or university degree stops.
Scorpio, this is the last chapter of a very long book of your life, in terms of your body and your workload, which began in 2011. The chapter ends in March next year and then another book begins. This time you will have an editor who is also your teacher. I wonder who that person is? Perhaps you already know. If not, he or she will appear, as an individual or as the face of an organisation, in 2019.

Relaunch, Rebirth, New Look, New Image, Fresh Profile
You will get off to a slow start, Sagittarius, but discussions from 1st November suggest a 2019 renaissance for you. Of course, this is not the real you. It is just your hair, face, shape, style, title or role. You should make the most of this cycle, though, by first treating November 1st-December 25th as a dress rehearsal but being ready for production from Boxing Day into January 2019.
Even if your time-frame is three or four months into the future, that makes perfect sense. You may want to lose weight for example or perhaps a media organisation has long-term plans for you. There may be a name change or letters after your name in early 2019 and this is the pre-planning.
Mercury is retrograde so get it in writing, read the fine print, have Plan B and allow for delays or changes to the original ideas which roll in November.
You will find that if there are any nagging issues about your appearance – teeth, hair, weight, glasses – or even a stain on your reputation for whatever reason – there will be every opportunity to fix things for good on this cycle. That’s really good news and it may reach you in a trickle from 1st November onwards. Again, just allow for delays or changes on the path, but from Christmas Day you’re on your way.
If you have all the time in the world and want the best possible (nearest) date to go right ahead, then think about the third week of January. It’s great that you have this cycle all year, though. 2019 really is Sagittarius Relaunch. We live in an image-crazy world with Instagram, Selfie sticks, Twitter and the rest. It does matter, no matter how much we’d like to think it did not. You’ll be right across it next year and it starts now. Just allow for those delays or changes, as I mentioned.
Babies, Children, Young People, Lovers
I do call this interesting. Uranus backs into Aries on Tuesday 6th November. Diana moves in there on the 26th. The revolution is back on. This time, independence and freedom matter more than ever. You’re also being shown a glimpse of the future, because from March the years of instability, uncertainty and constant ‘not knowing’ will draw to a close.
This may have been your son or daughter. It may have been an on/off relationship or a dating situation which was always chopping and changing. You have literally been living with this since 2011, Sagittarius, so you are entitled to ask about closure.
It comes November, December, January, February and from March this long cycle is over. Things will settle down considerably, rather like going to a timetable or curriculum in a school of life, which has actual start and end times.
You will be taught new lessons about the world of babies, children or young people soon. Lovers, too, if they are at the heart of issues about godchildren, stepchildren or young relatives.
Why the new lessons? Chiron settles into Aries until 2027 very shortly. The current revolution will be replaced by many years of learning. Not the usual lessons. In fact, you will be taught what it is possible to get away with. There will be years when others think the whole situation is audacious; outrageous.
Sagittarius, sometimes you have to change the rules, or accept changes suggested by others, in order for new parameters to be established. This whole area of your life – pregnancy, babies, children, teenagers, young adults, youth, lovers who push your buttons with those questions – has been unstable for years.
This has broken up the ground ready for something new to grow. The final ground-breaking happens November-March 2019 so the bump you feel now is very real. Yet, believe it or not, there will come a point in March next year when you realise you no longer have to constantly adapt and adjust for whatever (or whomever) is coming next.
There will be an education ahead, it will run on a timetable, it will utterly reshape what you think is possible or acceptable and…it’s time.

How Your Personal Life Shifts in November. It’s Karma!
Capricorn, a couple of things happen in November which suggest a shift in the way you see the world of children, but also the karma which surrounds your former, current or potential partner.
First of all, the revolution in your thinking which began in May and has not stopped in June, July, August, September, October – stops for a few months. You have been forced to think about issues like freedom and independence, where children are concerned. Your son, daughter, godchild, niece, nephew, grandchild or stepchild was likely the issue. In other cases, you have been on dating websites and noticed the single parent question, or the ‘wants children’ matter.
Some Capricorn people have seen the cycle visit them because of their paid or unpaid efforts involving children or young adults. Liberty and liberation may have been knocking.
Capricorn it takes great insight to see what has been going on. You had a jolt after May. There was a bump or bang. You responded. You invented a new way forward and it’s still there. I don’t think you’ll really come to see just how much of a radical change this was, until you get to 2019 or 2020. Then it will make sense. For now, you’re just putting one foot in front of the other.
The tremendous instability, uncertainty or lack of predictability will vanish in November but return from March 2019. Until then you get a break. Use this time to ask yourself what on earth was going on these last few months, why you did what you did – and how you see the next few years.
If your answer is ‘With all doors open’ that is the correct answer. For now, this is breathing space. Yet it comes with a new cycle which involves karma, going back 19 years or even before this current lifetime. You may know who is at the heart of the karma, too.
From Tuesday 6th November when the Node enters Cancer, your opposite sign and Uranus goes right out of Taurus – it really is game on.
I mentioned 19 years ago. If you two got together, broke up or had a child in around 2000, 2001 then the old debts and credits are really obvious. It will take you a good year to begin with those.
Even if it was quite a separate event or development around the Millennium, there is a trace from that time. It is a spiritual, emotional or soul trace and it will be retraced from 6th November. We’re not going to see the Node out of Cancer until May 2020, so you are in this karmic clearance zone now through then.
The whole time there is this new, slow-moving revolution taking place with the world of children or young people, so you really don’t have to be an astrological genius to put two and two together.
What can you do in November? Maybe accept that you are being given breathing space from a few months of uncertainty, so you can take stock, look back, figure out who and what matters, then look towards 2019 and 2020 as a time of settlement and closure. There is some unfinished sexual or emotional business back there, around the year 2000. For the purposes of your own soul’s growth it must now be sorted out, and it will be, with the same person or quite a different face, over the next couple of years.
Time to Go Undercover, Behind the Scenes and Below the Surface
Your best bet from 1st November is to accept some news, discussion or paperwork about life undercover, behind the scenes, or below the surface as a pure sign. A few days later, it all begins to make sense and you realise that an opportunity for tremendous improvement is here.
Just allow for things to go back and forth. This won’t get going properly until Christmas Day. A good example would be membership of Alcoholics Anonymous. Another example might be your faceless work on a very high-profile project where you are unseen but gain so much.
The Twelfth House of your chart rules the naked truth about yourself, in the locked drawers at home – but also in a vivid confrontation with your own soul. We might also call this your spirit, astral body, etheric body or unconscious. This is where you can deal with who you are, sans title, name, clothes, image, reputation, job, status and the rest.
You are going to make great gains here, Capricorn. A lot of people born under your sign will go through counselling or therapy by 2019 and benefit.
In other cases, you may be involved with mediumship, dream coaching or other more mysterious matters, like MI6 or ASIO, the FBI or CIA. The Twelfth House is really peculiar because it’s so personal. Only you can tell me what you’re up to in November and really, you shouldn’t be telling anyone at all!
Allow for a shaky or slow start until Christmas then go forward. 2019 will reshape you from the inside and you will benefit. You could make the most fantastic, long-term gains from any plan where others are the name or face and you are Mr or Miss Invisible. In fact, when the Node goes into Sagittarius from May 2020 you would be picking up karmic rewards from all you did in 2019, like diamonds from the floor.

Your Fantastic New Friends, Group Successes and Great 2019 Social Life
You were born to supply the group with what it needs. You may not always be inside that group, because you don’t really merge. Yet, you are integral to the success of any community or collective. It might be a whole movement. It might just be your book group or yoga class.
Every 12 years you come into your own, Aquarius and you are going to do it again. You will hear, read or discuss something that snowballs from 1st November. It will roll backwards and sideways and stop before Christmas. Don’t worry too much about that (though do read the fine print on any paperwork). Ultimately from Christmas Day, you are on a genuine roll – excuse the pun – and will be very happy in the third week of January, when the friendship linked to the group, or the whole circle of faces, feels more like a really good marriage.
You will make new friends in 2019 who are well-connected, generous with their time or energy and have no agenda beyond being true chums. You will also be asked to join, or tempted to sign up for, more than one club, team, society or association. If you don’t use this cycle you lose it, so don’t hesitate. I have seen people go through this transit and meet their future partners through a group. I have also seen them turn their careers around with a team project.
Beyond the material gains of being with these people, meeting new people and rebooting an existing or long-established group – you also fulfil your mission. You incarnated to do this, Aquarius. Allow for a shaky and slow start but from Christmas Day you should be at all the parties. I think New Year’s Eve and various other January gatherings could be so amazing for you.
News Flash – Partner Karma is Over (If You Want It)
You have been dealing with karma involving your former, current or potential partner ever since the North Node moved into your opposite sign of Leo on May 10th, 2017. The karma has taken you back approximately 19 years each time, so it may have been 1998, 1999 or 2000 that required spiritual settlement or soul debt repayment/claim. Maybe it 19 years prior to that! In fact, this cycles go on pre-incarnation and the Indians claim they are about past life love, sex, marriage, separation and divorce.
Whatever has come up for you may have been with the same person, or another face, but the issues have been second chapters, picking up from life as it was for you in 1998, 1999, 2000.
No more chapters. Seriously, close the book. You’ve done this, and you’ve done it from Tuesday 6th November when the Node moves on.
All that remains is a blind spot about this person, or a particular situation, I would like you to be aware of in January, but I will write about this closer to the time. You have had a ton of these blind spots or black spots with all the Leo eclipses but there is just one more to go.
Career, Unpaid Work, University Life, Status, Success
I left notes about this situation a long time ago, but essentially you need to be aware that things may change, stall or even reverse regarding what has been under discussion here. This may date back to September or October or even arise very quickly in the first week of November, but Mercury will not resolve things until you get to December. So, work with the Mercury Retroshadow cycle and make allowances for a waiting game or even a U-turn with what you assumed was happening. This may be a new job, redundancy, resignation, hiring and firing within your company, university enrolment, staff changes and so on. You will know exactly where you stand in the first half of December but not before as Mercury simply has to reappear and by then what seemed like such a potentially big story for you back in September or October may have changed. That’s just a head’s-up.

Promotion, Awards, Big Hits, High Society, Success and Status
Take a deep breath Pisces and aim for the top. You will be promoted, win an award, land a prestigious new job, score a huge hit, rocket up the ranks to High Society or find very special success and status in 2019. It begins on 1st November with a trickle of news or discussion. It then goes backwards or gets stuck in November itself or December, yet from Christmas Day you are on course.
From Christmas Day 2018 until December 2019, you are in your biggest and best cycle in 12 years for achievement, ambition and reward. If you have been struggling with a bad employment, university or unpaid work situation you will need to go through every open door you see – and there will be a lot.
If you have your personal birth chart as a Premium Member and know that you have Sagittarius factors, then your big upward climb will involve a foreign person or organisation, a foreign country, publishing, academia or education. Do not underestimate what you can do in this cycle, because your ruler Neptune is involved in patterns with think-big Jupiter all through next year and that is going to be the push you need.
Just remember – delays and changes before Christmas. Get it in writing, read the fine print and make allowances for that. Beyond this initial chance, there will be more solid chances appearing throughout 2019.
Babies, Children, Young People, Lovers and Karma
Pisces, it has been 19 years since you have experienced this level of karma involving pregnancy, babies, children, young people – and lovers or partners who usher these issues in. The karma may be absolutely direct, so you are going all the way back to events that involved this person in 2000 or 20001.
In other cases, from November 6th you realise it is the issues which are being replayed, so you can gain closure on them. Different faces and situation, same soundtrack. The Node will be with you until 2020 so life will take on a circular turn, as you loop the loop and are always forced back to the same understanding. That understanding is – you cannot alter what others say or do, because they may repeat themselves – but you can most certainly transform what you feel or think. How you react and respond.
This may be about your son or daughter, a godchild, grandchild, young relative. It may be about young people as a whole, particularly if you skipped parenthood but have acted out aspects of a parental role with younger people en masse.
There may be questions here about IVF, termination, fertility and so on. The Node goes into your Fifth House which we associate with lovers and partners, for obvious reasons.
The Node moves backwards through the signs not forwards. In India it is regarded as proof of past life debts and credits. In the West it is seen as a knot. The North Node in Cancer and South Node in Capricorn are entangled. You spend a couple of years living with the knot of time. Doing this helps you develop your sense of humour, your tolerance, your philosophical nature, your breadth of vision. It’s really important and it begins for you within days of you reading this.
