Managing Friends and Groups
The potential with friends and groups in March 2020 is exceptional and what you have in mind could grow in the most spectacular way in 2021. Your challenge is to control everything, as there is a randomness to life this month, which means that instead of pooling your resources, you could waste them. This may be energy, time, money or cash in kind. You have a great deal to give, and your instincts are right, as when people come together for the greater whole, miracles can happen. You are, in your own way, a miracle-worker too.
Yet – we are in the kind of Pisces weather that means everyone, and everything could be all over the place, all the time. If you can’t personally manage to contain and control what is going on, perhaps you could ask an outsider to install some boundaries. There is a rather random feeling to the group, or the friends, on March 4th, 5th or 6th and it may feel as if something greater than yourself is in control of where everything goes.
Yet, on March 8th, 9th or 10th, 2020, you cannot deny the pure pleasure of losing yourself in a people power project, a team, a network or a circle of people. It’s like a spa for the soul. This feeling continues on March 18th, 19th or 20th, 2020, as Bacchus (an ancient symbol of hedonism and self-indulgence) is conjunct Fortuna, the Wheel of Fortune which takes life in all directions.
This all has to lead somewhere, Aries, and on March 30th, 31st or perhaps April 1st you will realise that there are more implications with this circle, or group, than were apparent to begin with.
The intense pleasures are still there, as you supply the circle, and do so much more, besides. Yet, something bigger is looming in the background. As with any flock of birds, or Twitter network, there is always the potential for a rumble. You need to be more aware of the realities of life, as March ends.
There is a reasonable amount of denial going on with friends and groups near the 31st of March, but a bubble is no place to be. The truth is, if you were to get real about what is possible, you could do some serious building. You could take what is there, which is such a glorious way of escaping from reality – and do something serious with it. That is Saturn’s promise to you, in his new sign of Aquarius.
One thing that is so evident near March 31st, 2020, is that people have to share. They have to share the limelight. They have to find their place in the greater scheme of things together. Again, you are in denial about this (or not even looking) but it would ultimately to be to your advantage, and everybody else’s, if you took what is there, took a deep breath and began a construction project, or even a reconstruction project. By 2021, it could be a new world.

It has been about 29 years since serious Saturn was in Aquarius, the sign that rules your position in life, no matter if this is family or career. Perhaps, unpaid work or full-time study.
Saturn makes his first important aspect in your zone of ‘position, mission and ambition’ on March 31st, 2020, and it is time to accept the rules that come with this cycle. It is always about what is stopped and blocked – what comes to a full stop if you like – with a view to a new chapter, later on. This likely involves younger members of your family, or a family which is important to you. This is true on the 4th, 5th, or 6th of March and again on March 8th, 9th, or 10th.
Panacea in Leo makes a strong showing then. This powerful asteroid always raises questions about rights and wrongs. Where these infants, schoolchildren, teenagers or Millennials are concerned, only you can decide what is a genuine remedy, or what is a moral conundrum. Nobody expects you to do that overnight.
Back to the Aquarius transits. The situation on March 31st, 2020, or within a day or two, either side, does seem to be the end of one life story and the promised beginning of quite another, up ahead. There will have to be a new division or sharing of responsibilities. A reallocation of roles.
Her Majesty the Queen is obviously a Taurus like you, and I am reminded of the carve-up within the royal family which had to took place after her father passed away, many years ago. We are in a similar cycle. The chain of command must be sorted out, or the pecking order. The hierarchy. It’s really about the balance of power or control, and how it is to be divided, in a compromise that both or all can work with. This is what comes your way as March also comes to an end.
Something that occurs to me, that should have you looking at other places (cities, regions or neighbourhoods) but even huge new journeys, even further afield – is the option you see near 20th March. This obviously precedes the ending, which is coming, but it offers you the chance to explore further, hope for more, trust the future and to (crucially) begin looking at a map.
Keep that in mind as March ends, because it is just as important as the chapter now closing. This could be a new life story for you.

The money goes round in March and three generations could benefit, Gemini. Even the animal kingdom could benefit. That is genuinely how much money there is, if you share wisely. This is really about your family, or another family which is so important to you. You would be mad not to count the pounds, dollars or euros when they are in such abundant supply, but you also have to look at what money can actually achieve, and that has to be on a case-by-case basis.
On March 2nd, 3rd, and 4th and again on March 15th, 16th, and 17th, you need to look at an extremely independent person in the family circle, or perhaps your substitute or extended family. (Friends who have given you godchildren for example). This uncompromising individual craves freedom and space and dislikes the ties that bind so we are talking about someone who has bypassed marriage and children. Money, houses and apartments mean different things to different people, and it is certainly true of this important face.
The wheel of karma turns in March, with property, business or finance. There may even be some past life debts and credits being paid. A pattern not possible in 19 years comes to pass in your horoscope on March 13th, 14th, and 15th. The Lenny Kravitz observation that ‘What comes around goes around/what goes around comes around’ is so true for you then.
Beyond the actual money, assets or resources, Gemini, there are issues here about power. Who or what is in control? This is particularly obvious on March 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. The balance of power has to be decided here and it remains to be seen if the reins belong to the oldest person in the room, or the youngest person. Or the dog, come to that!
The abundance you are seeing can only take place every 12 years and, in many ways,, what comes to pass on the 19th, 20th, 21st of March 2020 (the Mars-Jupiter conjunction) is meant to be. We would not normally say that in astrology, but because the South Node of karmic circles is also on a loop, in the same area of your chart, it’s pretty clear that this is all fated.
I have just been watching the wonderful Andrew Davies adaptation of Jane Austen’s Sanditon. An elderly lady of considerable wealth makes a stunning comeback, just when people had resigned themselves to reading her will.
That reminds me, to remind you, that near the 29th of March, we find the powerful asteroid Aesculapia aligned with the property and financial sectors of your chart. From Jane Austen back to Lenny Kravitz. What goes around, comes around, but also – nothing is over, until it’s actually over. Nothing and nobody.
To find Aesculapia in your money, charity, banking, taxation and possessions zone is interesting, as March ends. This is almost on the very last day. We do associate this asteroid with revivals and resurrections. Comebacks and returns. It is very likely that a situation, person or even a place you had assumed was virtually over, will prove Lenny Kravitz right. No such thing as ‘over.’

For the first time in about 29 years, Saturn moves into your zone of legacies, wills and ‘the vault’ of your ancestors. This may not just be your own family, but also the extended family of friends. Godparents (friends of your parents) for example. Saturn is heavy, dramatic and important. The first significant pattern he makes is there on 31st March. What happens here, affects what happens there. Of course, you have to believe in an afterlife to accept that. Yet, if you also believe in astrology, you have an open mind.
The Eighth House of your horoscope, ruled by Pluto, has been associated with legacies for many centuries. In fact, if we go back to the Romans, Pluto was the God of the underworld, who took charge of souls. The beat goes on, for your ancestors, in March. What takes place for you, has meaning for them. Even if you need to suspend your disbelief, you will see this very close to the 31st of March 2020.
Sometimes these kinds of transits are about developments with your money, house, possessions, charity interests, business or apartment. Some or all of this may have been given to you, by people on either side of your family tree. So, maybe your great-grandmother left you money in her will, many years ago, which enabled you to buy your first apartment. Saturn is an ancient symbol of milestones. I’m sure you know about the Saturn Return, which is the first mark of adulthood in astrology. What you are about to experience in March is a milestone not only for yourself, but for those who are only with you in spirit these days. Yet, according to all the laws of astrology, they are very much there.
Ceres makes an important pattern on the same day as Saturn, which is unusual. We associate her with huge changes and they frequently concern those who are in Pluto’s care. Those we’ve lost. This may be taking you back centuries in your family tree, yet you will see unmistakable meaning for them (and for you) in what comes to pass this month.
The last time I saw a similar pattern in your chart, we were looking at remembrance ceremonies for people lost in the First World War, which was a powerful, healing time for millions of souls. We can’t pretend that March isn’t about karma (because it is). If you sense a wheel turning, or have direct evidence that it is, trust the process.

On these dates, or within 24 hours either side, you must seize the day and take action over a plan with terrific potential. Put them in your diary now, as you will see the important e-mail, letter, meeting or telephone call appear then. By rights, the project, concept or idea should be securely planted on March 24th, 2020, which is a New Moon. You are ruled by the Sun, Leo, and on the 24th of March 2020, the Sun and Moon will be in the same zodiac sign, at the same degree, in an area of your astrological chart linked to the internet. We also link this chart zone to export, academia, education and publishing. This is an itch that you or someone else must scratch.
On March 12th, 13th, and 14th, 2020, it becomes evident that this could live forever. Rather like an Oasis song. The only problem is that there is a lack of practical action. A poor grip of the realities. Now, that might be you, or it might be an important person who is hanging on and holding on. It’s very important that all concerned understand that if something is going to endure, it has to begin. And it has to begin with the best possible chance in life, so speed up the research!
On March 14th, 15th, and 16th, the question is also – what can you, or others, hope to get away with? Maybe that explains the lack of action to date. Sometimes it can be rather confronting to have a go and stun the world. Yet, again, you are being shown that certain budding proposals or strong ideas could live forever.
Any suggestion of amber lights or red lights at this particular crossroads should be banished in time for the New Moon on the 24th of March 2020. Every light should be green and anything or anybody which gets in the way of that, is a roadblock. The issue with this growing project, is the location. This needs rich and fertile soil.
Your ruler the Sun goes on to conjunct Chiron on March 25th, 2020, and you may experience this landmark on the 24th or 26th, depending on where you live. Apart from anything else, this impressive brainwave would educate others, as much as it educates you. Chiron is the most famous teacher in astrology, just as he was in Ancient Rome.
He passed on his knowledge, but he also taught others that the so-called impossible was often possible. That the unthinkable was often worth thinking about. Perhaps all the hesitation of March (the amber traffic light) is just about timing. The time has to feel right, for something this audacious to be attempted.
It’s rather like a King deciding to write a book or launch a range of bacon – but Prince Charles already did that. It is terribly important that you encourage others or push them to delegate to you, if that is what is required. In other cases, push yourself. And find who can support you. Your horoscope suggests time is of the essence Leo, and you really don’t want to waste what is growing.

This is a milestone month for you and your former, current or potential lover. This may be the man you’ve nearly kissed several times and are now at war with. It may be your wife and the mother of your new baby. Perhaps it’s your late husband and his spiritual presence in your life. This story develops in stages, close to March 3rd, 8th, 9th and 16th, 2020.
As the month begins, we find Psyche in your sector of love, sex, dating, separation, marriage and divorce – opposite Diana in Virgo, your own sign. There is a feeling that something bigger than both of you is at work here, and if one of you feels like gazing to the stars, or the Universe, or God for the answers – it wouldn’t be surprising. You can’t really duck responsibility, though. If anything at all is going to happen, then one of you has to act.
Psyche was the beautiful woman, cursed by jealous Venus, to fall in love with a monster. Instead, she fell in love with Cupid, the son of Venus. The goddess, green with envy, subjected Psyche to tests and trials, until Jupiter (greatest and best of gods) decided to unite Psyche and Cupid, make her immortal – and bless their love to live forever.
That is the level of people politics you are dealing with this month, Virgo. It’s not exactly about simple relationships!
I’m also looking at Diana in Virgo, your own sign. She was the goddess who begged to be released from marriage and motherhood. She had affairs, but she was always single and child-free. One symbol is up against another as March begins.
We tend to get great, billowing clouds of confusion when Neptune is around, and this is another player in your chart in March. In fact, on March 8th (allow a day either side), you should both be looking at what is so very unclear. You could call it a puff of smoke or sea mist, or brain fog. It’s very unlikely that beer or dope helps, if that is your poison. If ever there was a time to try and move this into a clearer space for discussion (and hopefully, action) it’s March 7th, 8th, or 9th.
It’s really the Full Moon on the 9th of March 2020 that is the moment of truth, though. The Sun in Pisces in your zone of duels and duets, is right opposite the Moon, that day. Look up at the sky and you will see the Full Moon in all her glory. A favourite motif for filmmakers to suggest drama. Well, this is pretty dramatic. So much depends on how you work this, Virgo. You two can either be brought closer together or driven further apart.
We can’t really ignore sex in this story. It’s like trying to ignore a volcano. There is something red-hot here, no matter if you had children, want to have children, never had children, or know for a fact you’ll never produce them. For this we go to the rather overheated atmosphere near March 20th and 23rd. It’s pretty difficult to communicate when there is this much of a gap between you, and this amount of Neptune mist.
You have to know what you want and need, to the point where you are prepared to pray for it. It is very important that both of you are aware of the fact that you are Shakespeare’s actors, strutting your stuff on a stage (all the world is a stage) and that the play is bigger than you. Your horoscope really suggests that, on the Full Moon of March 9th. This is a mini epic, which could be love story, tragedy, comedy, mystery or action drama. Awareness of yourselves, each other, and that ‘something greater’ is worth working towards.
Without it, one of you will always be disconnected from the other. The Sun opposes Diana in Virgo, your own sign again, on March 16th, 2020, so the first half of this month seems the most emotionally intense. I’ve mentioned Diana rejected marriage and motherhood.
There are tremendous questions here about space, freedom (the freedom to leave the scene), independence, intimacy, closeness and so on. This is pretty typical of this asteroid, who is Jupiter’s daughter in astrology. The pair of you, locked in this duet or duel, could remain frozen to the spot in a weird kind of paralysis, but the build-up in your horoscope seems so timely, that it’s far more likely March will bring a momentous decision. How you get there is up to you.
I do strongly recommend turning to that ‘something’ that at least one of you trusts is there. You may call it the Buddha, God, the Goddess – or the collective unconscious. Whatever is real to you. Somehow, though, the question of human desire and sexuality, be it locked in the past, very much in the present, or possibly there in the future – has to be addressed.

Your workload, work ethic, productivity and routine are in the frame in March. Look at your blind spot on March 7th, 8th, or 9th because you have a money-spinner at your feet, but you are failing to see it. This may be a previous project, an offer you’re neglecting, an investment you have forgotten or an earner that’s no longer center-stage.
In general, you need to get real about what you’re doing, and also what you’ve done. You are in a Neptune cycle which lends itself nicely to daydreaming and wishful thinking. It’s rather nice being in a bubble, but if you want to be genuinely productive, or even make a fortune, you will need to get busy.
The Full Moon on March 9th, 2020, makes it all rather obvious to other people, even if it is not so obvious to you. This may be your bank manager, the taxman, your accountant – or someone in your personal life who is wondering where exactly you are taking your work and money.
Only you really know when something is ripe. You have your own timing on the situation, but it’s not a bad idea to look at alternatives in March 2020. For example, you may have been nurturing several projects which you hope will bear fruit, when the time is right. Another opinion might be that the time is now, not later, and you need to transplant at least one of your schemes where it might develop faster, and more profitably.
How do you know, though? You don’t. This is a very good month to do research, backwards and forwards, giving yourself plenty of room to move with the facts, figures or numbers until April is near.
A chain of patterns with Diana, who shows your secret need for freedom and independence, suggests there is an unconscious desire to avoid big commitments, now. Perhaps that is why you are watching your work or money, not actually doing anything about it. To get stuck into things, would mean actually committing. Daydreaming, pondering and mulling – as a lifestyle – means never having to sign up for anything. Thus, you remain a free spirit.
That’s fine as far as it goes, but it’s a shame to miss what you are not seeing, that is a decent amount of money, or a modestly lucrative income source. If you want to be wealthier and more successful in 2020, you will also do the research, then the work. It really depends on what you value most, of course. Some Libra people prefer to stop and smell the roses, on their own time frame. You can have a ton of gold records which go on bringing in royalties every year or remix the music and try it in a new market. It’s that kind of month. You would be lying to yourself if there wasn’t some distant ambition, up ahead, though. It’s still there.

The time has come for justice to be done, no matter if a judge is involved, or not. We’re talking about a duet or a duel here. Your marriage or work partnership. Your feud or contest. Your sexual relationship or separation. It looks as if it’s all about you, and all about him (or her). Actually, it’s bigger than both of you.
This applies no matter if you married a man who cheated on you, or if you lost a promotion to a cheat. It applies no matter if ‘the lesser man’ won in a contest (not the best man) or if you have personally been involved in adultery, and must now deal with it.
There are so many variations on this theme, when you have patterns in your opposite sign of Taurus, that there is not space to list them all. Suffice to say, what is fair, even and balanced must prevail. It’s almost a law of astrology, when you see this kind of cycles taking place. What kinds of cycles? Well, on March 7th and 8th (allow a day either side for your time zone), we will see Uranus, the planet of change, in a zodiac sign he has not been in for decades. This month is a milestone. Depending on your own personal birth chart, it may even have historic outcomes for you.
Uranus is in Taurus, your opposite sign, which rules the Seventh House of marriage, separation, divorce, conflicts and battles. It rules work partnerships and questions about the law, as well as equality and fair play. Uranus is very much associated with cutting away the past. As a process in your life, it is about severing ties with who/what was there before. It has even been associated with symbolic castration. Leadership has to be respected. There is a good reason why some are chosen to lead and others to follow. Certainly, to accept!
This is about a complicated relationship, such as we find between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, or mother and son, or wife and husband, or two lovers. This brings to mind a good old-fashioned phrase from my childhood. ‘Six of one, and half-a-dozen of the other.’ That will probably make sense to you.
You can’t really get away from these tangled, deeply entwined questions about justice, fairness and equality when Venus is around, and she is very much dominating your chart in March, specifically on the 16th and 19th. Again, allow a day either side for world time zone changes. March 20th, 21st, or 22nd suggest that this month is a real time of reckoning for you and the other side, or the other person. It’s also a ‘reckoning up’ which is bigger than you.
There is usually a go-between or gopher involved when life is this complicated. There’s a fair bit of to-and-fro or negotiation. Accepting what is decided, by him, her, them (or a higher power) brings a sense of satisfaction. At a certain point, balance comes. Living with symmetry and harmony in the greater scheme of things, means the potential is there for a fresh start. Again, this is very much what happens when Uranus moves into your opposite sign of Taurus. The past is sheared away and there is now a big, blank, open space for a new chapter.

March is about people politics as others will be working at cross-purposes with you. Fancy footwork and fast thinking are required, but you could easily win this. In fact, no matter how much of a tight squeeze you find in March, there is every chance you’ll get away with the so-called impossible.
I’m sure jaws will be on the floor at your audacity, but what else is the Chiron T-Square for, on March 14th, 2020, unless it is wriggling out of a situation before it becomes an issue?
Mars is currently in your sector of business, finance, charity, houses, apartments and assets. That tends to increase the chances of friction. You can pre-empt that by removing whatever might be used for some kind of battle. In fact, close to the 20th and 23rd of March, when Mars (after whom March is named) makes striking patterns, it’s very much time to strike.
The saying goes ‘strike while the iron is hot’ and this may well come down to split-second timing. You’re going to need to be quick off the mark. There are some questions here about housing, accommodation, home turf, home territory or the home patch.
It’s up to you to define that. Some Sagittarius live in yurts and some of you are more concerned with larger issues involving territory, which politicians inevitably end up involved with too. I say this because of the astrological weather in Pisces in March, which rules your sense of place, or other people’s sense of having a particular domain. It’s hard to say if this is about your pin on the map or somebody else’s. Yet, because there is a double whammy in your horoscope in March (there also being a fair bit of activity in the sign of Cancer, which rules home and tribe) you’ve got a lot to size up. There isn’t a great deal of time to do it, either, so much depends on being efficient.
You may be able to pull off a blinder in March. Not only removing the potential for any conflict, but also leaving the scene, and departing for places, spaces and faces which are more congenial.

The Pisces weather in March is about a financial bubble, which you can float about it – to a certain extent – before looking at what is actually inside. These matters will be more important near March 3rd, 8th, 9th, and 16th. Particularly on the 9th, as it is a Full Moon which also picks up your bank account, house, apartment, charity, business or possessions.
The Sun conjuncts Neptune once a year, at the moment – as it has for some time – so this idea of a bubble is nothing new. The planet Neptune actually rules them, along with bubble bath, and also sea foam. Just as you float in the ocean, so can Neptune help you float through life, when other people are dealing with the realities.
You do have a few oppositions between methodical, careful, calculating, sharp-eyed, shrewd Virgo – and wafty Pisces – in March. These tend to show the opposites in your situation. You can be in a bubble, but unless you pay attention to the currents, it may not be there forever. You have to read the surf.
There is a big message in your chart about paying attention to the tiniest and apparently most trivial matters, no matter if it is a particular piece of timing, or projected growth. It’s hard to know if this is a secret society, a circle or ring, a netball team or a board of directors, Pisces. In any case, it’s about the need for direction and judgement, with the group (or as a result of it, as you may be outside it). Within this network of people, or away from it, you are still strongly affected. It’s rather like being in The Who circa 1966 or in the England football team, the same year.
On March 14th, 2020, you see your usual ‘replay of the replay’ in terms of the karma. This was with you last year as well. In fact, depending on how long these faces have been around you, it may even go back in 19-year cycles, lost in the mists of time.
Closer to the 20th and 23rd of March, we see a call to action. The group needs to get itself together and each individual needs to understand that she or he is part of the greater whole. There is so much potential there. We really don’t see Mars, Jupiter and Pluto all dance around like this very often.
As there is more karma to come in the closing days of the month (your life on rewind with these people, some of whom may be past-life connections) try to work at it. Understanding how a hive mind works, or how group psychology functions, is half the battle. You are going to be put on a familiar circuit as the South Node takes you around the pinball machine yet again.
You must feel as if you have seen all the levers, bells and switches before. So, you have, according to your chart. Yet, no matter if this is an astrological organisation or some peculiar political fringe movement (they can often overlap, let me tell you) there is a lot to gain, if you put the effort in.
You may not be inclined to. Yet, the cycles of the South Node in time, tell you that whatever you gain closure on, satisfy yourself with and bring full circle (by May 2020) will stand you in good stead for another 19 years. That may be worth the energy this is going to take from you, even if the promise of some solid short-term gains is not enough motivation.
