At this time, Chiron is passing through your First House, which rules your mask, your performance, and your image. This cycle has nothing to do with the person inside, but everything to do with how you are seen – and how you project, present and package yourself to the outside world. Chiron in Aries, your own sign, is about experimenting with what confronts, stuns and amazes more conservative people. With approaching trines to the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars in July and August, Chiron is now here to help you, thanks to a tutor, mentor, guide or influential role model.
Friends and Groups
Meanwhile, Saturn is still in Aquarius. You are proceeding with extreme caution now, in terms of friends and groups – which is why you may be protecting yourself, other people or a situation. Relaxing and being spontaneous – being yourself – will be difficult while Saturn is in the Eleventh House! Nevertheless, you will also learn a great deal about self-control and self-discipline. Things change dramatically from July 29th, when Jupiter also goes back into Aquarius. Suddenly, social life, social media, friendship and group challenges, provide the most spectacular and welcome answers.
Back to Chiron in Aries, though. Why the make-up, the hair transplant, the heel-lifts, the padded bra, the public relations drive, the face lift, weight loss – or the elocution lessons? Whatever you use to help you stage your act in this Chiron cycle will make it necessary to walk and talk a certain way now – or show a face, image or look which is far more of a risk-taking exercise than it ever was before. You want to see what you can get away with. Good.
Money, Property, Charity, Business
You can be broke or wealthy in this cycle, but you’ll still need to value freedom and independence above all things – and be extremely practical – about how to hang a price tag on autonomy and space.
Right now, your job is to create a revolutionary new financial structure in your life that will take care of the great need to be free, which is now with you. Of course, as soon as you invent one system, another one will have to replace it. Uranus in Taurus is like that. The fact that Ceres is also in Taurus, in your money zone, until the final day of July – suggests a compromise. Give and take.
A new system which will protect your room to move, and a strategy that will defend your great need for liberty, is what you’re after. It’s going to take enormous amounts of time, energy and effort to put into effect – but whatever situation your bank balance is in, you must be ruthlessly practical and hard-working about sorting things out, as this is a new deal. Ceres and Uranus together in Taurus, the sign of bull markets and gold bullion, suggest a wild time at the cash rodeo at the moment. At least once in this cycle, you will be put through a radical new test. That radical new test will prod and poke the life budget you have patiently built up in your life, to see if it’s actually still worth it to you. Yet, Aries, from the final day of July, when Ceres changes signs, you can put things behind you.

Here’s a quick way through the North Node in the Second House in July. Ask yourself if you would be making the same financial/business/property choices, and adopting the same attitudes, if that repetitive situation from October 2002, was not there.
Learn about who (and what) you value most and then make smart moves to manage what is, essentially, karma. Conditions will be far too familiar as you replay old debts or credits. Yet, the cycle ends on January 19th, 2022, and the stuck loop will be over.
Spotlight on Siblings and Cousins
This cycle, with the Sun in Cancer, will teach you how to make the relationship with your brother or sister work better. This is also about cousins, and Mercury in Cancer too (the family sign) after July 12th suggests important discussions, letters or emails.
What unfolds may be a particular story you habitually adopt with your cousin or sibling, or a particular set of rules (spoken or unspoken) about the way it’s always going to be. Well, Taurus, that was July 2020, and July 2019. July 2021 is different.
Is your usual plan, or your usual attitude, doing what it should for you? Or have you come up with something which is an improvement? When it comes to your brother, cousin or sister, you need a workable mission, and yet it is likely to be over as soon as it begins, because Mercury moves on, from July 29th.

Saturn in the Tenth House of success, achievement, roles and goals – can sometimes lead us to build things in our lives which end up being more of a problem than the original fear we had. Imagine being the Prime Minister and fearing a leadership spill, for example. It doesn’t matter how powerful you are; Saturn has his way, now.
Taurus, your yearning for a safer, more protected existence, is natural on this Saturn cycle, but you will be delighted to see a grand solution from July 29th, as Jupiter changes signs, and what was such a hindrance or obstacle becomes the grit in the oyster that makes the pearl. Now, it may not be the pearl you expected, Taurus, but you should use this, as it will be with you until Christmas. Make more of it.
Being Heard and Read
With Mercury the messenger forming a sextile to your Sun in Taurus in July, communication, and the business of using the written or spoken word, is also going to be an issue for you to explore and improve. The media may be involved – or new technology – like Zoom.
Getting From A to B
This cycle in your Third House, Taurus, also affects travel, and the transport that you use – cars, buses, trains, boats, bicycles, motorbikes. You are obviously living in a pandemic, as am I, so the usual rules do not apply. As an earth sign, you need to get real, and you need to be practical. This cycle is about making a to-do list and then sticking to it. Grounding yourself in the basics and putting your shoulder to the wheel. Even a bicycle wheel. As I said, a lot will happen very quickly, with siblings or cousins – and it is the same with your commuting or local travel agenda, in July 2021.

Foreign People and Places
Well, some parts of the map are hard work now, in July 2021. You need to become a DIY expert on all these people or places in other countries, now (or from other cultures) so you can be constantly and thoroughly updated about everything.
You can never learn too much, or know too much, in this cycle. The wider open you leave yourself to mistakes and fate, the more difficult this cycle will be. So, build a plan that works and stick to it. This applies in 2022 as well, because it takes Saturn a very long time to pass through your Ninth House of foreign places and people.
Situations you cannot sidestep (like a ban on tourism to and from your city) and conditions you cannot avoid, are going to this road hard. Yet…if you become an expert on all the issues now in front of you, and if you work at coping, and managing, and enduring, you will get through.
Better than that, Gemini. From July 29th Jupiter joins Saturn and suddenly there will be really welcome, sweeping solutions to challenges seen earlier. Nobody really likes the obstacle course set by Saturn, but Jupiter always removes the obstacles and shows a path that is applauded by all concerned. This carries you through until Christmas.
Publishing, the Internet and Academia
Saturn, in opposition to Venus and Mars in July, is also a heavy test for Gemini people involved with the world of books, websites, university or college life. Take a deep breath and strategise and get as much outside advice as you can. How will you know if your strategy is sound? Firstly, it will have worked before, for other people. Secondly, it will be absolutely right for now. Thirdly, it will be a strategy that can also stand up on its own merits. Do learn all you can and build a measured response to it – a sensible way to manage things. Yet, from July 29th you will find that every situation, person, place or organisation that challenged you, offers a really impressive answer.
Life in the Pandemic
How to cope with Saturn in Aquarius in your Ninth House of travel, in a pandemic? On the simplest level, I think you can honestly avoid the worst of this cycle by taking a reality check about travel, tourism and travellers almost as soon as Jupiter changes signs at the end of July. Don’t hide your head in the sand. Get real about 2022 and know what the epidemiologists are saying – not the people who have shares in airlines, or friends in big hotel companies.
At the same time, there is no point in tightly constructing such an impossibly safe, disciplined and rigid little world for yourself, that you lose the connection to life altogether. Saturn can feel quite restrictive, Gemini, but really – the solution is in your hands. Keep an eye on 2022, though, which may not necessarily be your best year in 29, if you want to see the world. And I’m putting it mildly. In October 2022, for example, Saturn in Aquarius in your global zone will clash with Uranus, the planet of all that is unpredictable. So – use astrology.
Career Highs and Success Dreams
If you work full-time or part-time, this passing Jupiter and Neptune cycle will affect your job. The delightful possibilities with your career, or with your particular role in life, will reward you more than you imagined in July, setting you up for a promotion, new job, award or big hit just after Christmas. I would also include March 2022 on your ‘high hopes and big rewards’ list.
This cycle can be about studying or volunteering. Yet, the Tenth House transits suggest so much more. Gemini, let’s look at your job, or role, again. You’ll either take up a new place in the scheme of things, now – and wonder at the escapism of it all – or find a way to actually scuba-dive in another professional reality. Gemini, you’ll sometimes stick with the same job or lifestyle, on this cycle, but find that over the next year or two, the changing conditions with staff, equipment, hours, job descriptions or even the industry itself, will tempt you to go for something bigger and better.
What you are now going to see with your business/industry or workplace depends on your willingness to make an effort. If you are unemployed or have a full-time home life, the same opportunities face you now, as those seen by high-fliers. The way forward for you is to do your homework on the giddy possibilities, regarding what you’re dealing with. So put in some research. Ask someone who knows. Then use that knowledge. Jupiter is here very briefly in July, giving you a tremendous advantage, but as I said – it may not be until just after Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve 2022 that you really understand what you were doing, way back in mid-2021.

The Circuit of Time
Health and wellbeing need to be seen in terms of a loop or circuit, these days. You are stuck with what you’re stuck with, in this cycle – so get second, third and fourth opinions about how to change on the inside, so that the repetition in the outside world is more of an interesting challenge and less over-familiar.
The South Node in Sagittarius is moving backwards through the zodiac, you see, so you are being sent back to October 2002 – thematically, symbolically, perhaps – literally. This may be about organic food, or serious medical concerns. It may be about depression (the common cold of mental health) or perhaps it is about yoga for you. Everybody is, quite literally, different.
The main thing is, you were here before in October 2002, with the same Node cycle, and as you are ruled by the Moon (and the Moon describes the Nodes) there is something awfully personal about this current repetition. Shift your point of view and treat this as a mind gym, for the better cultivation of a sense of humour; tolerance; compassion; equanimity. That is actually the entire point of this time warp.
On a practical note, Cancer, the loop ends in January 2022 when the South Node is out of Sagittarius, and you will have made a sign-off decision about body, mind or spirit at Christmas.
Empowerment and Duets
This Pluto cycle in July will affect your marriage, partnership, dating chances, and the state of play with any professional partner or business other half. Pluto gives empowerment if you earn it. You have to earn it by becoming a superb trapeze artist of the heart, or the soul, or the mind – balancing your side of the wire with the other person.
You will have to live in the real world at this time, as the unavoidable facts about yourself and your situation with him/her (the question of control) will need to be dealt with, in the most practical way.
Pluto in aspect to the Sun and Mercury now (a couple of crossroads moments with/for the other person) will ask you to draw on your experience, make a plan, put everything together, then roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary. This is the most crucial cycle in over two centuries for your marriage, a relationship, a divorce, or a legal partnership. Two platonic friends who share a house, perhaps. Two work partners in a duet. Whatever you are putting so much work into could very well stand the test of time, so it’s crucial that you know the nature of the deal you are discussing, close to the Pluto-Mercury clash on Monday, July 26th.
People who are older and wiser and have been there before you will be excellent sources of advice now. In some ways, you have to turn yourself into an uber Libra person on this cycle – even though you are a Cancerian. That means weighing, balancing, collaborating, co-operating (so tightly and carefully) because you know that ‘two’ has to work. This cycle ends in 2023.
Money, Property, Business, Charity
The realities of having other people (or organisations) so heavily involved in your own financial or property situation is – rather too real. Deals, contracts, binding obligations, legal requirements and casual agreements all add up to the same thing – a big Saturn in Aquarius reality check. The good news is, Cancer, solutions are coming from July 29th, when Jupiter also re-enters Aquarius.
This sign rules the financial, business or property arrangements already there – and the price you’re about to pay for them (financially, or in terms of work, energy or effort) so that you can judge if everything is worth it. The older, richer, more experienced and more thoughtful someone is, the more you need to take them out to lunch and ask them all your questions.
Of course, money, property and business do offer sensational solutions from late July, and until Christmas, every answer for you is actually a useful restructure of what was there before. And it will last. Just make sure that you pick up the ball and run with it from the closing days of July.
So, with Saturn alone, for most of this month, you can sensibly respect the unavoidable difficulties of certain arrangements or agreements – but also understand that there is only so much you can do, before you gratefully accept whatever massive solution Jupiter is preparing for you.

Travel and Travel in the Mind
Chiron in Aries is quite important to you in July, as the Leo weather in your own sign, makes all kinds of useful angles to Chiron on the way through to August. This cycle, which you will feel as early as the 1st if July on the Aries Moon – brings experiments with travel, people from other countries and cultures, education, publishing and the web. In a nutshell it’s about the decisions you make, which you hope will expand your ideas about what is possible, in 2021. So, it covers writing books and websites, as well as study, and journeys overseas. (Say, from Zero Covid airport, to Zero Covid airport).
The most common outcome of this cycle is a huge new landscape involving someone who has a totally different national or cultural background to you. They may be visiting your country or be resident there. Alternatively, you may be dealing with them on the other end of a phone or modem. Leo, a few words of wisdom from those who have lived there/worked there/travelled there before you (or who know the culture well) will help. Chiron often turns up as a tutor, foster parent figure, guide or expert.
Are you studying or teaching now? You’ll have an interesting assessment of the situation from people who are motivated by your experiment, as well as those who don’t think a particular direction is acceptable or even worth admitting.
Publishing could easily touch your world now as Chiron trines the Sun, your ruler and Mercury, close to 19th July. And of course, this now means audiobooks, as well as video podcasts and the more traditional world of the printed press. Put aside any old, stuck, traditional ideas about what publishing, or the web is actually all about. Chiron says, ‘Forget that.’ This cycle is associated with mavericks and outsiders who don’t really belong in the old system. Well, that’s you. Or it is somebody guiding you.
Career, Unpaid Work and Academic Revolution
You can now inform yourself, educate yourself and update yourself as much as you can, about the work that you do, the work you want – the course you are on – or the unpaid position you’re about to take. If you don’t, you could be losing a good chance to be free. To be far more independent, Leo and to have exhilarating new space to explore success.
Ceres in Taurus, along with Uranus in Taurus, are at the very top of your chart in July. This suggests a compromise or deal, by the final day at the latest. These two planets in unison tend to change the balance of power in your workplace, on your course, or in your field – so there are demotions, departures, mergers, promotions and the rest.
The more you can live in the new world about the particular profession or position you’re choosing, or even the side hustle or course – the better off you will be, in terms of being free.
When it comes to your working life, there will be the sound of snapping chains and padlocks all over the place in July, as Uranus in Taurus aspects Mercury, and then in August – Venus and Mars. So, treat this as a two-month curve. If you don’t have a full-time or part-time job, then this applies to your other role and goals.

Saturn in Aquarius is demanding some rules. You will need to build up some kind of stronghold now, as you manage this ongoing tough situation. It may be psychological (so you need to think a certain way, or respond a certain way, to feel safer and more secure.) It may also be practical and hands-on – a workplace system, or professional routine, which will take care of what concerns you. Naturally, in a pandemic, this may be just about everything. July 2021 calls you with a grand solution at the end, though. In fact, this sweeping answer is very special.
This Saturn cycle for most of July will really stretch you, as this planet is pushing against the tide in your chart. Saturn isn’t keen on slackers or head-in-the-sand ostriches. It does help us if we work (and work, and work) though. And this applies as much to your daily routine, chores, unpaid tasks and professional commitments – as it does to study. We cannot separate the body from the mind on this transit, so you may also find you have to try harder, to deal with very common mental health issues like anxiety, or insomnia, or depression. This is typical of a Saturn transit in Aquarius in your solar Sixth House, Virgo.
Jupiter arrives on July 29th just in the nick of time. Between now and Christmas there will be some sturdy solutions for what challenges you now, with your work, lifestyle or health. For about five months there will be really thoughtful ways to take what is there and convert it into something admirable and long overdue. This will have an impact both on your body as well as your job, Virgo.
Friends and Groups
You have a friend who is about to trigger certain crossroads questions, Virgo. You have known this person for years – or you may find the friendship takes off while this cycle is running. Nevertheless, the realities of being this person’s friend and part of their circle (or group) now require a long look. This Cancer weather now, is here to teach you something about friendship which you can only learn every two centuries or more. When Pluto opposes the Sun in your sector of friends and groups, and then Mercury, that’s how rare this month is.
You do have a group involvement which is going to require quite a lot of sustained hard work and careful management. It could be a rock band, political party, book group, army unit, therapy circle, comedy class – and so on. If you’re not really a joiner by nature, this group could easily be your usual circle of friends (your social life, as a whole) or perhaps it’s just a network of people you are temporarily involved with. A Meetup, perhaps.
Cancer weather lessons also impact the whole business of being lonely/having no friends too. So, if it’s your karma to be all alone now, perhaps because you are at home, on government orders – don’t put up with it, as you once did. Do some homework and find out how to have a social life on Zoom. Virgo, friendships strengthened in July 2021 make the circle as a whole stronger. Let the circle be unbroken!

Your Interior Life
Your ruler Venus enters Virgo on July 23rd and Mars follows from July 30th. This late July cycle will give you a rare chance to get to know yourself better, well into August, and learn about what really makes you tick. You can expect a long confrontation with yourself – just you and the mirror, or you and a diary – or even you and a therapist, or priest. This Twelfth House transit is associated with religion, Tarot, dream coaching, hypnosis, counselling, meditation and all that is within.
You can expect to spend more time by yourself now, through August and into September – either by choice or by circumstance. If you are in Sydney, I can understand that. Yet, all big cities are now dealing with the reality of what a sprawling shopping mall can do. You’re living in a year of pandemic, Libra, but also having this rather introverted cycle.
Who are you when there is nobody else around to react to? What are you really made of? This cycle will teach you all this and more, as it encourages you to take a long look at your soul, psyche or spirit.
Sometimes this cycle coincides with a period of hibernation for perfectly sensible reasons, or a change in your working life or domestic circumstances which finds you marooned by yourself for a while. There are many possibilities, but this late July arrival of planets in the Twelfth House typically enables you to explore your secret world or private self in a new way, to be reborn on the inside by the time you reach the Virgo New Moon on September 7th. These things take time, as Morrissey said, so you can’t really rush God, can you? Or – Meditation, yoga, self-help techniques and counselling.
Money, Property, Charity, Business
Well, you’re going to end up with a new financial deal or compromise arrangement by the time Ceres leaves Taurus, and that’s July 31st. The very last day.
The difference in your financial position, your property situation and your attitude to what you own, earn and owe will be quite astonishing, once this cycle is over. Uranus (also in Taurus) is asking you to forget about now, or then – and head straight for the future.
I am sure you are uneasily aware that other people could move their agendas forward at any time, which immediately means you have to change course too. This strongly applies to your income, savings, pension, superannuation, insurance, debts, banking arrangements, house, apartment, lease, mortgage, insurance, possessions, investments, budget, accounting and anything else which rules your financial situation. Uranus and Ceres, both in Taurus, suggests that you’ll be pricing freedom. You may just be prepared to pay the price for space. For liberty and room to move. For autonomy. I think this is most likely if you have Scorpio factors at 20-29 or 13-14, as these are now being opposed by Uranus and Ceres. In plain English, you’ll be stretched, and so you’ll change – radically so.
This cycle in July also rules values. What you will and won’t sell out for, and what you consider to be above mere money. Your principles and ethics will be in focus during this cycle, and once again, you will either have your own agenda for change and progress, or find that you are forced to keep moving, because the rest of the world (or the most unpredictable people or organisations) keeps on flipping the escalator.
If you believe your values are worth it, you may stage your own revolution in this cycle. Perhaps you will join one. This feels like Independence Day to me, and it will be in your calendar before July finishes.

Duets and Partnerships
Radical change with or through the duet, partnership, double-act or other pairing in your life, is ongoing in July.
Watch out for the impact you are having on other people or organisations, though. If you cause too many shockwaves (or surf on them, started by other people) you will begin a domino effect that is completely unpredictable.
Uranus in Taurus, in your Seventh House of duets, works best in your life when you go with the natural flow of progress and change. And yet, Scorpio, it can be at lighting speed. Essentially, with Ceres in this same zone of your chart in July, you two will have to strike a deal, or make a compromise. This may be with each other, but perhaps a third party, too, who very much affects the marriage, or the two-way street you are on with someone at work.
Uranus in Taurus, and Ceres in Taurus too, suggests a new ballgame for August. If you try to stay where you were, you will not only be intensely uncomfortable with the old game, you may find that in years to come it’s almost impossible to make up for lost time, or lost progress. Lots of Scorpio people have already made quite bold and exciting moves, just in the last few weeks. You are trying new ways to date, mate and relate. You may be in separation mode. You may be pairing up, or off, in a different manner – with work or business opposite numbers.

Scorpio, this is the ideal time to loosen up on the inside and become more philosophical about the repetitive loop you are experiencing with cash, property, possessions and values.
A great deal depends on how free you are to use the moment of truth about yet another time warp in July, switch your philosophical position and even take advantage of the occasional inner conversion. You have been here before, symbolically, in October 2002. You owe or are owed. This is beyond your own actions or words, according to your chart. It comes from tides of time set in motion years ago.
Brothers, Sisters, Cousins
Your ruler Pluto in Capricorn is talking to you in July. So, a brother or sister, in this cycle (or a cousin) will reposition you, emotionally, in your relationship with them. You may seek this change out because the old situation no longer works for you. Alternatively, the change may be forced on you, by circumstances beyond your control. It’s actually not possible to hang onto the old set-up with your brother, cousin or sister at this time, because you will either feel tremendous pressure to change, or life will change around you.
Pluto is in opposition to the Sun and Mercury in July, so there may be polar opposites here, or opposing points of view.
Scorpio, what appeared to be a fixed state of affairs in your life with this family member is resolutely moved by fate – or other people. And yet, the truth is, willpower will make you powerful. Self-control will put you in control. This is quite the month for transformation with/through/for siblings or cousins.

Saturn in Aquarius is now in your Third House. Jupiter, your ruler, will join Saturn there in a rare pattern from July 29th. The Third House rules your use of the web – but it also rules travel, transportation and how we get around – by train, bus, car, bicycle, motorbike, aeroplane, boat or Shank’s Pony.
During this cycle in July, especially towards the end, you will be amazed at the rate of technological progress affecting (for example) the car industry, or the advances that are made (for example) in public transport services. Some of this comes from the pandemic. People want alternatives, don’t they?
As people press for different possibilities, locally, you are likely to be caught in the push for change. Saturn and then Jupiter suggest that August-December 2021 will be an unforgettable period.
If you’re really fed up with the state of play with your travel situation, or your transport, you may even use what/who emerges from July 29th in quite a bold way, as you try to move things forward.
Finally, Sagittarius, this cycle in your Third House rules communication. Your way with words, and information, and the world of the telephone, computer, Tik-Tok app, Zoom screen – and no doubt, inventions which haven’t even been thought of yet as I write this in June 2021.
Once again, thanks to Jupiter’s solutions from late July, incredible advances in technology could change your world now. (Sagittarians who had a similar cycle way back at the birth of the worldwide web, many years ago, found the invention of e-mail opened up all kinds of new possibilities.)
What does progress mean to you, in this area? Is it learning a foreign language, seeing a speech therapist, learning about the new online boom in education – or something else? One thing is certain. From Saturn’s tough tests with the worldwide web, and perhaps the media (or publishing) will come epic answers. Those sweeping solutions, so typical of Jupiter, are your smooth ride to Christmas.
House, Apartment, Residence, Property
Make the most of July. Advances in the property market, in the building industry, in mortgages, in tenancy laws, and even in the most basic home-related areas will have a happy knock-on effect in your life, which means you will end this cycle in a very different domestic situation to the one you began with. You may seal the deal by the end of July, or a door may open, then disappear, only to reappear at Christmas.
Chances are, what’s on offer with a house, flat, residence or property option promises to be so big, by 2022, that you’ll gladly go along with this little July chapter now. It could mean a new look for your bedroom – or the chance to sell up and move. Sagittarius, wider trends affecting your house, your flat, or other aspects of your lifestyle are on offer now. How can you possibly resist a chance to go the next level, either in terms of your domestic existence, or your property interests? The answer is – you can’t. Or at least, you can hang onto your old way of life if you want, but the march of progress which is now taking place around you will definitely leave you behind.
This July cycle with Jupiter and Neptune, also encourages you to make progress in terms of the family or household. The way to play these situations is simple – recognise progress when it’s possible, seize the moment by 2022, and head towards your own future. Neptune is the holiday from reality. Jupiter is the opportunity not possible in 12 years.

Chiron in Aries and You
Chiron in Aries is triggered more than once in July. This is a classic cycle for experiments and adventures, in terms of your landlord, tenants, flatmates, domestic partners, neighbours, building managers, local council, or regional (or national) government. All of it will impact on how you live, and where you live.
Capricorn, something that forces you to accept an alternative set-up is probably a very good idea, as these cycles tend to bring about necessary advances or progress. Of course, more conventional or traditional types may find it quite challenging, but that is really their issue, not yours. Chiron asks you, what can you wriggle away with? What is the new ‘possible’ impossible?
The Next Generation Revolution
Let’s start with the world of babies and children, when talking about an ongoing revolution. This covers obvious areas, like any sons and daughters in your life, but also includes young relatives or godchildren, professional or social involvements with children, and issues which affect parenting – adoption, custody, nannies, babysitters, schools, child welfare, children’s health and so on. IVF treatments are also on this list.
The one-night stand that results in pregnancy is in this cycle, but so is the young son who needs a proper education in a pandemic.
What do you need now? Radical progress. You will not be satisfied with your old place in the scheme of things, where the world of children is concerned. To quote from my new book, Capricorn, the stage is set for change, and to remain where you are, with your old views, and your old role, will leave you feeling stuck. You now want what’s new and possible.
Where children (yours or other people’s) are concerned, you will either join the push for change, which is happening around you, or start your own revolution, and advance as far and as fast as you dare. A strong sense of ‘That was then, this is now, and this is the future’ will encourage you. Just one warning – if you force those around you to change too much, or too quickly, you can expect more disruption than you expected, both in your life, and in the bigger picture.
The reason July is so important is that Ceres is in this zone of your chart, along with Uranus. She brings enforced compromise. A necessary new world of power-sharing. Sometimes there is literally a new custody arrangement.

Lifestyle and Workload Focus
This cycle with the Sun and Mercury in Cancer, affects two areas of your life. The first covers your job, your daily routine, or the domestic work you do at home. The second area covers your health, fitness, and wellbeing. In both areas now, you will make progress, as the spotlight turns, and you are able to see your lifestyle as other people see it.
To stay in the same job, working in the same conditions – or to remain stuck with the same domestic duties – is not going to work for you once particular Q&A sessions have unfolded after July 12th. It is all of a piece, Aquarius. You cannot separate your wellbeing and health from the work. You can’t take the work, unpaid work or study out of the wellbeing equation. Yes, you are in a pandemic, but you are also in a Sun and Mercury transit, when everything is connected and must be judged that way. This goes for mental health too. You can’t really park stress (say) in a separate box from housework or the work you do – or the employment situation you have.
You might switch from housework to study after July. You may remain in your current position but become involved in a new order in your workplace. Working from home, perhaps. Your own version of this will be unique to you and also to the times you live in. Even if there are a couple of difficult truths in July, with Pluto opposing this zone of your chart, you will still reach a long overdue goal.
Family, Household, Apartment, House
July is about an ongoing revolution with your home, property, relatives and so on. With Ceres and Uranus both in this zone of your chart, the stage is set. Aquarius, if you move too far or too fast for people who do not wish to have their lives disrupted, you can choose between an easy leap forward, or a battle. If you really are at the end of the line, though – and others are refusing to make room for you – it’s possible that you’ll calculate the odds, count the cost, and make the change. Uranus is associated with electrical storms and sudden, unexpected changes. That can happen, too.
Ceres is about a change in the balance of power, and a new compromise between (say) flatmates/roommates about the apartment, or some kind of deal-making with a relative, about the family situation. It’s over by the end of July.
Aquarius, as I’ve said, July is about wellbeing, too.
If you feel stuck or trapped by your health, your medical treatment, your diet, the healthcare system surrounding this pandemic – or anything which relates to your physical wellbeing – you can be a magnet for new information in July, now sweeping straight or alternative medicine – and you’ll play your part.

You and the Worldwide Web
You’re likely to take a progressive approach to your use of the internet in July. Why on earth remain stuck where you are?
Progress is freedom, progress is change, progress is equality – at least according to the planet Uranus, now in the Third House of your chart, which rules the web, but also the media, publishing and all communication. All of this will now tempt you now, as you navigate your way through the unpredictable new Zoom and TikTok jungle.
Sometimes, progress will appear in the shape of a new man or woman in your life who is the catalyst for a revolution. This person will be an agent for radical change in some way – your chance to take the great leap forward in terms of words, images and ideas.
Typically, you will want the freedom to move ahead in your communication with the world, now, without being confined where you were last year, or even last week. The changes you make will also force others around you to take a U-turn though, so be prepared for the consequences of that. The combination of Uranus and Ceres in this zone of your chart in July does suggest that one project, course or concept will be at the heart of a whopping compromise.
Without that revolution in July, Pisces, the tide turns again – then you may be left behind as the world takes a U-turn around you. It’s your destiny to be surrounded by people who are searching for progress en masse with the web, media, education or publishing now, and they are seeking it through the world of words, images and ideas, which is why this aspect of your existence probably feels so unsettled or unstable. These twin cycles of Uranus and Ceres now forcing your world into dramatically different shape with new technology and inventive ways of being heard and read. The final deadline or outcome, if April or May 2022, will draw attention.
Money, Property, Charity, Business
This Chiron cycle affects your financial position, your property, your business interests and your possessions. It’s an experiment to see what you can get away with. Of course, you may have to bear the consequences, karmically. It really depends on what sort of Pisces you are!
Other people or organisations will be closely involved, however, as the cash, home, agreement or resources in question will either be shared, split, borrowed or lent in some way – emotionally – when the Moon goes through Libra near the 16th and 17th of July.
This cycle is about what you own, owe or earn, in relation to the interests of second or third parties. From your partner to your parents to tax officials and bankers this cycle involves what you have to share, collect or redistribute with individuals or big organisations. Chiron is a symbol of what is unthinkable, yet possible. Unacceptable to many, but exciting for a few. Chiron in Aries in your money zone is really about the ‘new possible’ in an era when so many things were previously unheard of, or not even given the time of day.
