Born 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995? Why Your Astrology is Different
If you were born in 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 or 1995 then you have an extreme horoscope. I’ve been looking a lot at Millennial astrology lately, following interviews like this (Credit: ABC) triggered by new evidence that people born 1990-1995 are creating massive new interest in astrology online.
You’re Just a Little Bit Capricornio if You’re Born 1990-1995
No matter what your regular star sign or sun sign is, you are dominated by hopes, fears, dreams, fantasies and strong longings – about achievement. You are just a little bit Capricornio! When you came into the world, one of your parents was dealing with major instability or confusion in his/her profession, job or career, so you were raised to be really aware of how important school, education and qualifications were.
Born 1990 to 1995 – Not Like Everybody Else!
So you’re aged around 25 through 30 and heading for your Saturn Return, or experiencing it. This is the planet of life lessons, waiting games, tests and trials coming back to the exact degree and zodiac sign he inhabited, when you were born.

Born in 1990?
If you were born in 1990, Saturn passed 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 degrees that year, before going backwards. He made that pattern in the sign of Capricorn in your Tenth House of work. No wonder you have been doing it tough, because you’re one of those Millennials who is dealing with ‘the system’ or ‘the boss’ or ‘the government’ in such a hard and heavy way. In 2019, Saturn has crossed 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and gone backwards. This back-and-forth is the reason everything feels so stuck. This may also be about looking for work. The more factors you have at 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 in Capricorn (check your personal birth chart now if you are a Premium Member) the longer the stretch and the harder the year. 2020 fixes it all.
Born in 1991?
You were born with Uranus at Capricorn 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and so part of you attracts upheaval, revolution, rebellion – in your career or in academic life – and the world turns upside-down when that happens. Unemployment, strike action, shock departures or arrivals at work, sudden new hirings and firings are all classic indicators. You have been through an unbelievably tough time, as Saturn also crossed Capricorn 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 December 2018-January 2019 when your industry or profession saw so many changes.
You were also born with Neptune in Capricorn across 14, 15, 16 degrees, and again Saturn has been right on that part of your chart. January-February 2019 was undoubtedly a very big challenge as arrivals and departures in your workplace, college/university or chosen business and industry hit.
You were also born with the North Node in Capricorn (karma and past lives) at 9-28 degrees so everything that happened in 2018-2019 so far has been a karmic repeat. You have been here before. There have typically been massive issues about your parents, a family member, your shared household, your rent, your mortgage or the house/flat – perhaps your town and country – alongside. This is also karmic in nature.
Born in 1992?
You are also strongly Capricorn and, thus, identify so much with professional success, moving on up in the world socially, being among the achievers, movers and shakers – getting to the top and staying there. You are also being seriously challenged by Saturn, as you were born with Uranus at 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and you have been living with Saturn going over that spot, at 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 Capricorn since January 2019. The usual season of hirings, firings, departures, mergers, closures personally affected you.
Born in 1992, you also have Neptune in Capricorn at 16, 17, 18 which is very close to Uranus, if you also have this planet at 15, 16, 17 in your chart. So you came onto the planet to change the system. The establishment. The elite. The class system, perhaps. Just dealing with Saturn crossing 16, 17, 18 in 2019 has meant you have to lose your illusion. More than once.
If born January 1st to August 2nd, you have the North Node of karma in Capricorn in the Tenth House of career, status and success. Everything that has been happening to you recently, with career, has happened before. At the other end, the South Node in Cancer suggests past life ties to family members or reincarnation connections with people at home -partners, roommates/flatmates. There may be some very old past-life issues here about your town and country too, which you have had to balance against work. The property itself (house or apartment) may have been a major karmic player.
Born in 1993?
You are highly unusual, as there is a good chance you were born with Uranus at 19 Capricorn conjunct Neptune at 19 Capricorn, so when it comes to success, status, ambition and achievement – you go through huge extremes. It never rains but it pours. You are the most strongly affected by corporate mergers, big business closures, and the ‘top 1%’ in any organisation and their decisions. What goes down at board meetings has a major impact on you.
In 1993, Uranus crossed 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 Capricorn and so you are absolutely in the zone for reality checks, life lessons, waiting games and tests of character in the years 2019-2020. It will make you or break you. It will probably make you, as you are strongly earth-influenced (Capricorn is an earth sign).
In 1993, you were also born with Neptune crossing 18, 19, 20 Capricorn and this is partly why your career is such an extreme matter, because (even) once a month, whenever the Moon goes to 18, 19, 20 Capricorn it triggers either Neptune or Uranus in your chart. Your grandparents had a job for life. Not you. Not unless you stretch yourself to make it happen in a crazy world.
Born in 1994?
You came into the world with Uranus at 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 Capricorn in your Tenth House of success, status, ambition and achievement. Every so often everything turns upside-down at work or university/college and you are let go, or set free, or have to deal with radical and sometimes quite unforeseen change. Electrical storms are your new normal. You will experience Saturn going over Uranus in your chart right after Christmas 2019 and absolutely into 2020. In fact, with Jupiter also going over Uranus in your chart in 2020, this is a career crossroads for you. Promotion, departure, resignation, redundancy, demotion? New career? Retraining? Moving for work?
In 1994, you were also born with Neptune at 20, 21, 22 Capricorn and so you will find, along with the lightning strikes and electrical storms in your career (always expect the unexpected) you tend to be thrown escapes from reality all the time. Remembering success is not always paid work, you are most fascinated by the glamour, fame, influence or popularity that can come on YouTube, for example. McJob is another way of putting it. Yet, in the year 2020, as Jupiter crosses your Neptune, you’ll find a great holiday from reality, even at the same time that you are trying to get real. I predict December 2019-January 2020 is the time.
Born in 1995?
You were born with Uranus at 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 Capricorn (for the majority of birthdays) and Neptune at 22, 23, 24, 25. You arrived on the planet destined for a lifetime of career chopping and changing. Your generation is the first to unzip the latest and greatest, most exciting options for success and status. Are we talking a small business, based on being an influencer? Crowdfunding? You are also swayed, completely, by clever corporate and big business appeals to your need for a special life – or being treated like a VIP. Thus, a great uniform, some perks and discounts, gym membership and the rest – speaks to you.
The only catch is you also happen to be going through the biggest shift in 29 years in the year 2020 as Saturn goes right over this spot in your chart, followed by Jupiter. 2020 is going to see a huge upheaval and power shift in your chosen field, business or industry as you see people at the top dropping off. Joining forces. Swapping roles. The start of 2020 is intensely dramatic.
How the Twenties is the End of the Capricorn Age for Millennials
This is why the Twenties will be so important for you, because from 2020 until 2029, we are seeing the end of The Capricorn Age. This unforgettable period in your career or university/college history coincides with a rare line-up of Saturn, the South Node and Pluto all in this sign. What’s coming next? You’re going to play your part in bringing the old structures down, so that something new and better can replace them.
You are, in fact, ‘the new black’ and you are going to find the Twenties is the period when you question just about everything, from commission bonus, to pensions, to superannuation, and company shares. To the actual hierarchy at work, the board of directors, the suits – and the non-suits. You’ll be intensely concerned with this right through the Twenties and the more factors you have in Capricorn in your personal birth chart, the bigger deal your career will be.
Why 1990’s People (Millennials) Have Tough Careers
Uranus is a symbol of upheaval, revolution, radical change, instability and ‘overturn’ in your chart. In Capricorn, in the Tenth House of work and college/university, every time this placement in your horoscope is triggered, you wind up with employers, colleagues, clients or staff leaving. Or arriving. Or creating some kind of upheaval for you. The result has been, ever since Pluto also started moving through Capricorn (from 2008) a really up-and-down existence.
Going Into The New Age of Aquarius
Let’s zero in on your chart. As we end The Age of Capricorn and go into The New Age of Aquarius, as the slow-moving Nodes, planets and other factors switch signs, how do you cope?
Born 1990 – You have the classic Aquarius factor of any Millennial, as you were born with the North Node in Aquarius. Aquarius is the group sign. It rules crowdfunding, bands, protest movements, rallies and ‘we the people’. In addition, born in 1990, you have Neptune and Uranus in Capricorn.
Born 1991 – You have the standard Millennial Aquarius factor (Saturn in Aquarius) which rules networking, people power, friendships and the group. Yet, you also have Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn and the North Node there too. You have past life history in overturning governments. You’ll do it again.
Born 1992 – Born with Saturn in Aquarius (all Millennials have Sagittarius and/or Aquarius factors in their charts) you are also very prone to sacking, exploitation at work, unfair treatment from superiors/bosses or resigning. Why? You have Neptune, Uranus and the North Node in Capricorn and Pluto’s been a trigger.
Born 1993 – You have the North Node in Sagittarius, which is true to your generation as all Millennial have Aquarius and/or Sagittarius factors, which make them global citizens whose friends are just as important to them as family (sometimes more). You also have Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn. Cue career dramas.
Born 1994 – Jupiter moved into Sagittarius, one of the two hallmark Millennial signs, in 1994. You are also strongly Capricorn, having Uranus and Neptune in that sign. You will question the system, then change the system, from 2020-2029. This is really about the bosses, the unions, your own power and small business.
Born 1995 – Pluto moved into Sagittarius alongside Jupiter in 1995 and you thus have Millennial sign indicators. You’re a world citizen and think globally, not locally. Your destiny in the Twenties is subject to massive transformation, as Pluto goes over your Neptune and Uranus in Capricorn. You want a new order.
The Astrology of Being Born in 1990 – Aged Around 30 – in The New Age of Aquarius
You were born with Saturn, Uranus and Neptune all in Capricorn and if you arrived after November 19th through December 31st, you have the North Node in Capricorn too. Your personality is channelled into your status, fame/popularity, awards, job, ambition, mission, qualifications and success. You have Capricorn factors at these degrees. You respect the boss and the system. You work it. You’re professional.
What you’re going to find as you go into the Twenties is that it’s all about social media. So much. And real friendship. Aquarius is about genuine friends – and your challenge is to find a way to leave the networking out of it, and go for the real people power instead.
You also want to make it – badly – more than anyone else. That is why 2020 is so important to your future. Your Saturn Return, with Saturn going through Capricorn 15-25 degrees, occurs in 2019 and 2020. You are going to see massive change in the corporate and business sector in December 2019, January 2020. Solutions will come throughout 2020, but if you have anything at Capricorn 22 in your chart, it’s tough. As a Premium Member, you can check now. If you have one or more factors at 22 Capricorn you’re going to see promotions, demotions, mergers, departures in January 2020 and you will be powerfully affected.
If you were born January, February you’ll have the Sun, Moon, Mercury and/or Mars in Capricorn too, and you’re going to find your birthday in 2020 central to what happens to your career future. It’s the same if you were born in December 1990 – you likely have Mercury and/or Venus in Capricorn, too. Maybe the Sun. In the year 2020 you’ll find what goes down with upper management/executives in your field is fated. In the Twenties, as Aquarius weather rolls, the key for you is diversity and equality. Race, sexuality, gender. You’ll quickly see that this is smart for business as well as the key to saving the planet.
The Astrology of Being Born in 1991 – Aged Around 29 – in the Twenties
Here we have your karma and past life debts and credits, all wrapped up around the idea of leaving home and family – for success. And then, ultimately, going back there – when you have made it. There are major questions here about your town and country. Your region and your roots, family tree, history and ancestors. Big concerns here about where you belong, and why you belong there. Your whole life, as you were born with the North Node in Capricorn and South Node in Cancer, you will be pulled between your desire to make it; to become well-known; to move into the right tier of society; to find success – and home.
As you go into The New Age of Aquarius in the Twenties, you’ll find that you are done with family karma from May 2020, and by 2023, when Pluto is going into Aquarius, everything is about the group. This is your crowd of friends and Twitter tribe. Yet, there will be new technology and all kinds of new organisations (a fresh riff on old trade unions) which directly impact you.
Don’t doubt your ambition, though. You have Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn, at the very least. If you were born at the start or end of the year (check your chart if you are a Premium Member) you may have other planets in Capricorn too. What you’ve been experiencing during the latest Node cycle in Cancer-Capricorn is a karma replay.
Winding you back all the way into your past, karma has come calling for you with your house, apartment, family, household, career, ambition, part-time job or full-time study in 2018, 2019. It stops, May 2020. If you’ve felt stuck, blocked, caught in a time-warp – that’s why. The Node cycles keep you moored firmly in the same-old, same-old so that you are made to recognise your patterns and change on the inside.
If you need to find out more about your Cancer side (home town, homeland, family tree) then do check your personal birth chart to see if the South Node in particular is joined by any other factors in Cancer.
If you were born in April and May for example, you’ll have Mars in Cancer. One thing everyone has in common, born in 1991 until around July is Chiron in Cancer. Someone in the family was an unlikely teacher! It may have been your Dad, Uncle, brother, stepfather.
Born in 1992 – Capricorn Factors for Early Millennials in the Twenties
If you arrived in 1992 in January or February, you likely have Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn, joined by Ceres (she is really important, though a lot of astrologers miss her out – she became a planet in 2006). Have a look at your personal birth chart to see. If you were born right up until July you will also have the North Node of karma in Capricorn, so whatever career you’ve chosen is known to you. You did this in a past life. Born towards the end of the year, you may have Venus in Capricorn, or the Sun in Capricorn.
In the Twenties we are going into an era of crowd banking, rejecting the regular banks in favour of digital currency crowdsourced revenue. A new set of values for a new world. Non-currency exchange, sale and purchase is also coming as Uranus goes through Taurus and this has a direct impact on your job.
You are incredibly productive and inventive when it comes to your own success. You are most open to experimentation (so, crowdfunding) and very interested in your own business. In a way you have had to become like this because of the constant upheavals for you in your work. Job-swapping is not uncommon with this combination. You are also starry-eyed about making it. You tend to escape into the glamour of your job – where you can find it. You’re also really up for Insta-success and are both influenced/influential. Is any of this actually real? Ask your Neptune in Capricorn! In 2020 you will be amazed at the career solutions and opportunities which come as transiting Jupiter moves across Capricorn.
Born in 1993 – Uranus and Neptune in Capricorn – in the Twenties
Aged around 27, you have the North Node of karma in Sagittarius so have past life connections with a foreign country and its people. You may find 2019 is the year it all comes around for you as Jupiter goes over Sagittarius. One holiday, visitor, export/import arrangement, business trip or even emigration will bring back a lot of karma, even from your own childhood.
The Twenties is very much about the world figuring out all its hard karma from the past, no matter if it’s the British in India (and Gandhi) or the rejection of Britain by America. We are going to be tipped into this new decade with the South Node in Sagittarius, so if you have a few past life flashbacks, that’s why.
You are going to have your largest karmic working-out in 2020, 2021, 2022 as we see the South Node in karma, going over your North Node. That’s a reincarnation flashback that you may, or may not, identify with, but you are going to find a specific part of the Americas, Europe or Australasia brings it all back.
The Nodes are about 19-year time loops, going backwards in spirals, into your childhood, but also way back into past lives. In fact, the cycle was probably known as Stonehenge and it may even appear in Winnie the Pooh, believe it or not. Born in 1994 – You’re Scorpio-Capricorn Dominant in the Twenties
Your personal birth chart will tell the whole story for you as a Premium Member, but essentially you were born with Pluto in Scorpio, and Jupiter in Scorpio too – alongside your Capricorn factors. It varies, but you likely have the North Node, Jupiter and Pluto all in Scorpio, so it’s karmic as well. You have long lifetimes of knowing what it’s like to be both rich and poor.
The Twenties finds you spearheading the radical change in world economies and high-street financing as by 2025 the resistance to digital is gone and with it, mass shopping and consumer spending and borrowing. If you think the planet cannot sustain all the breeding, feeding and shopaholic hoarding, you are quite correct. We have not seen this new cycle (Uranus in Taurus) since World War Two. That was a time of rations and growing food in the back garden. With climate emergency this is not a luxury choice any more by 2025 and with your chart, you’ll lead the way, or find everyone around you, draws you in.
Aged around 26, you may also have Ceres in Taurus, another money sign (like Scorpio) if born at the start of the year, from February through April. You are most concerned with saving for an apartment or house and likely have the most difficulty in your family life or relationships, trying to do just that!
There is a deep, deep concern with owning your own home, and a major struggle to do so, if you were born with this combination – Cancer-Scorpio-Capricorn planets. Take a look at your chart. What this suggests is that you will need to add up the true cost or price of: moving back in with your parents to save money, becoming involved in a relationship (or married) for the financial benefits.
How about marrying into a very different family, or marrying into a class above your own parents/parent? That’s the ‘Meghan Dilemma’ and you have it too, or others your age do.
You likely have Uranus very close to 22 Capricorn and will be profoundly affected by the worldwide big business, corporate and government changes of 2020. In fact, as Pluto comes to 22 Capricorn, or circles it, he’ll move very close to your Neptune placement in Capricorn as well. Thus, your mid/late twenties are times of massive reality checks and wake-up calls about your employers, company, ‘the business’ et al.
Born in 1995 – Last of the Millennial Capricorn Generation – in the Twenties
Aged around 25 years old, you have Neptune in Capricorn and depending on your time, place and date of birth will also have Uranus there too. You escape from the real world by losing yourself in your work, but it never just work to you – it is your career, which is quite a different thing. You prefer to go for a profession where you can climb higher and higher, vowing to get the top, no matter how far down at the bottom you have to begin. As Capricorn rules the system, the establishment, the business, high society – this is where you have the least amount of ‘reality’! In other words, you can be more muddled about boundaries, with employers, colleagues, clients, staff, competitors – than other people.
In the Twenties, the New Age of Aquarius replaces the old age of Capricorn and so you’re going to find everything depends upon your ability to be a core part of a big group involving old, young, male, female, non-white white, straight, gay. The faster you can adjust to this the better as your achievements and ambitions won’t go very far without understanding the hive mind and the new non-prejudice. Really? Yes. The old Capricorn system of a traditional male elite is coming down. As early as January 2020!
The 1995 babies arrived with Chiron in Virgo, the sign of actual work, as opposed to stellar success – until September. Thus, you are chiefly concerned with what you can get away with in terms of employment and ‘working for the man.’ It’s a big experiment for you. Of all the Millennial Capricorn types you are likely to have the most unlikely approach to success and may have been powerfully influenced by a teacher or parent who was unusual. That’s putting it politely. Downright alternative, actually.
What Do All Those Millennial Labels Mean?
In astrology, we take a totally different approach to people born 1990-1999 (the Millennials) because they are clearly divided into Gen Cap (Generation Capricorn) and Gen Aqua (Generation Aquarius). In the second part of this series I’ll look at the future holds for Gen Aqua and why they’re going to change the world, change the White House and save the planet.
You see some odd labels thrown at the 1990’s babies all the time. Ambitious? Yes. Confident? Absolutely, because you want success and copy the boss. Financial crisis? Completely! You’ve survived one, or your parents did, and you’ll dramatically change politics, the corporate sector and big business when the next one arrives. Generation Y? Not so much. Echo Boomers? Not really. You have your own astrological imprint and as first-half Nineties Millennials, you are very much your own people.

Thanks Jessica. This is a great post. As someone born in 1991, I have definitely felt the experience of feeling stuck in the last while with my career. I’ve also strongly experienced constant upheaval at work and very strong ambitions. I’ve been particularly stuck in making a decision to move overseas- I want to work and travel, but I’m sick of changing jobs and feeling like I’m starting again. I want to climb! On one hand, I’m currently in an incredibly exciting work place in a team with big ambitious goals that I think are important. On the other hand, my own role is dissatisfying. I want to do so much more. I wonder if you have any advice based on my chart? I have northnode, Bacchas, Uranus, Neptune and dianna in Capricorn and Chiron and Southnode in cancer. I’m also strongly Aquarian and am curious what this says about my future in the mini age of Aquarius? Thanks for your time in reading this.
Thank you. This is great validation for an astrologer watching Generation Capricorn. You will find out where you stand next year, possibly even as early as December 2019, as we see the Capricorn traffic really begin. Wanting to climb and reach for towering ambitions is a sure sign you are on your way, and you have a large stellium in Capricorn. You’ll be one of the people who combine both Capricorn (Tenth House) and Aquarius (Eleventh House) paths, by using people power to share control horizontally, not vertically, in a way which changes the system. You’ll contribute to political and business system change in the year 2021 and more intensely so from 2023. If you became interested in government it would not be a huge surprise.
Hello Jessica..I’m the late 1994 Scorpio-Capricorn..Read the Scorpio Birthday,and yes it’s being the most intense upside down year of my life..my own fault,..and I think I’m in trouble over it,and will be going to court..I’m starting therapy with tramatic brain injury,Headway, in January,I lived in denial of my injury and went about it the wrong way,that’s why I’m in trouble,I’m half way through the college course,10 weeks of college,the rest of year on site..so far it’s being ok,but with my Neptune at 21 and Uranus at 23, Capricorn, I’m in the spotlight in January..I think im losing my car,so its definitely going to effect my work..if i dont lose it,it will be a pure miracle!..I love what i do,Electrian,Next September is the final phase of college then im qualified..I’ve just opened a saving account to buy a house,maybe in 2021,Ive being really lucky with money,got the insurance payment sorted before mercury retrograde, like you said,and my boss gave me a cheque from the tax last Friday for nearly a grand,totally out of the blue,wasn’t expecting that..Will 2020 be a better year,or am I just doomed with the 29 degree Scorpio?..Thanks Jessica.
You are still in this career rebuilding phase and it is quite intense – it peaks in 2020 – then answers come. By 2023 you have finished with this phase of your life and will be on your way as an electrician, but next year suggests more than that. You are ambitious and you want great success but also solid money. That may lead you into a bigger business enterprise with others. I’m really pleased you sorted out your insurance before Mercury Retrograde and you got your big tax cheque. Insurance is always best done before that cycle.

I have worked so hard for my academic career and at this point in time I am not sure if academia is what I want to do anymore. Will some answers come through in 2020?
Thank you. I’ll pass that compliment onto James, Jodi and Justin. You are in an experimental phase for your work and study, which goes on for some years, but the key is the right teacher. The right teacher, mentor or guide will encourage you to see what is ‘impossible’ as actually possible. In other words you are meant to be with someone who moves the goalposts for you. The so-called unthinkable, outrageous or ‘beyond the beyond’ is very much where you need to be academically or professionally and if you are not already aware of who this person is, they will come into your orbit in April, May 2020. Look up Chiron for more details on this cycle as you have Chiron in Aries in your Sixth House of workload and daily routine. That’s the key transit here.

Thank you, Jessica. I am quite wondering what kind of influence it may bring to the people born in 1993. And could you tell me which aspect of life these people should pay attention to?
You have Uranus at 19 Capricorn conjunct Neptune at 19 Capricorn, and both in the Tenth House of success, career, achievement, ambition, status and rank. They also lock in, to two other placements in your chart at 19 degrees. Saturn, the symbol of tests and trials, crossed 19 Capricorn in March 2019, the end of May, June – and will be back there in December. I’m sure you will be pleased to see the end of that particular cycle. Uranus in your chart is a symbol of where you do things very differently, where you chop and change, invent and innovate – and have no real lasting permanence, stability or peace. So, this is your job, assuming you work. It’s where your entire generation is most prone to experimentation, so we might say this is about the Gig Economy. In terms of status, your generation is also the Facebook-affected ‘Status update’ (the clue is in the word) generation.
