1. Beautiful writing and so many insights even for non-Aquarians it is surprising how I still find the birthday description for a completely different sign inspiring. I am curious as to how to relate to this information given my own chart.    1. Thank you. The biggest change you will notice, starting as early as this Friday and Saturday, is a completely different life budget. This takes place over several years, peaking in 2021, and becoming more intense in 2023. You may want to start reading around the subject of business, charity, shares, crowdfunding, cryptocurrency more widely than usual so you are completely up to date with what is happening. More than most people, you will be directly affected by massive changes with currency, world trade and the global economy. So the Butterfly Effect in China, New York, London will ultimately create the winds of change in your own world. Slowly but surely, as you experience the Capricorn and Aquarius weather of 2020, you will see that what you used to depend upon, believe to be correct, or habitually cling to – is no longer relevant.    Thank you for your long awaiting birthday horoscope for me. I have Sun at 16, and Juno at 8 Aquarius. And Mercury at 4 Pices. My potential business partner ( not tight but loose form) is also an Aquarius, Sun at 18 and Mercury at 10. We both have Ascendant at Sagittarius. I’m going to give him sub-contracts. What will happen when we, the two Aquarius, form such a business group? Will we work long and prosper?

   1. Okay, so you need to avoid February and the first half of March for business, finance, property, paperwork – if you can. You two are in the same cycle. Mercury Retrograde in your Second House of money, houses, apartments, work. On top of that we also have Neptune weather, so your boundaries, which are non-existent anyway, add to the potential for chaos. Try to steer clear of that, and once it’s over, really look at the agreements and arrangements between you two, as the inability to clearly and tightly define the lines in the sand is a real concern, for some years to come. You just don’t need that. You may want a third party to step in and suggest common-sense rules and regulations. Assuming this is all long-term, when Pluto goes into Pisces, anything which is confused and also confusing is going to create problems. You two are really well placed for regional and international connections, from May 2020, when the South Node goes into Sagittarius (the worldwide web, dual passport or dual language agreements). In addition you have marvellous Jupiter in Aquarius transits in 2021. Everything is possible, but get your paperwork sorted out by a professional, as loose-form is not going to be very useful. Have another look at all this once you are past mid-March.

3. Hi Jessica, I was reading this as part of my mother’s horoscope and boy did it hit the nail on the head! I made the difficult decision to fully estrange myself from my mother after a childhood full of abuse, lies and lack of support. The ensuing enmeshment and shaming communication was the final straw for me. I can honestly say without a word of a lie that I feel so much better mentally and emotionally. I’m finally receiving the professional emotional support I needed so badly and do not wish to resume my relationship with her to trigger old wounds. I’ve accepted our differences and I have finally learnt that forgiveness is for me. I have chosen to respectfully love from a distance. It’s definitely difficult to describe the array of excitement in finding myself and connecting to my feelings without fear for the first time.    1. Thank you. It is very tough to be dealt this hand in life, as the mother-daughter relationship is the core of so much. I am sorry you have so much lost time to make up for, and so much work to do. Family karma is really difficult and can go into several lifetimes, with different roles being played by the participants. You are now on the last stretch of something I have mentioned to you before. The North Node of karma in Cancer (family, mother) and the South Node in Capricorn, pulling the other way. People are mostly feeling this through something on the Cancer list: mothers, families, home town, homeland, household, apartment, house, garden, local area. You will be thrilled to know it gets better in stages and from May it’s mostly over.

   1. No, the stage is set right now for improvements in your professional life, but you have to make it happen. Rather than just accept the way things have been, and fall back into the old routines, set-ups and systems, you need to work with the Jupiter-Pluto conjunctions in Capricorn (success, ambition, achievement) in your Tenth House, in 2020. What is coming apart now, being removed, taken down, repaired, fixed or replaced is meant to be. It opens the doors for something really new and interesting to develop, throughout 2020, which could become a way of life by 2021. You have to roll your sleeves up and do it. Nobody else will do it for you. If you missed the chance for change already in January, it will come again in April.

   Thank you for your brilliant article on aqua weather , that i had been waiting since a long time.
   I am addicted to your articles about ecology, state of the world and world global evolutions. Its fascinating. It gives me hope, even if the pain of what’s happening in Australia is almost unbearable.
   I have been feeling so hopeless, and so full of rage with the deny of climate change since 30 years and more, to see this new generation of aqua activists rising, its like a a shared burden and a big wave of fresh air to start a new area.

   As a person born deeply Aquarian (3 mains planets, 8 asteroids with ceres), I can already feel the arrival of Saturn and I have to say, I am really worry.
   I have mercury in cap at 28° and moon in aquarius at 1:50 degree (and mars 5, sun 7), and well, its seems that dear lord Saturn is going to do more than a one night stand with both of this planets, all 2020 with the retrogradation and a part of 2021.
   At the same time, Uranus lord of change will be squaring all the aquarius planets and leo planets (i have jupiter in leo at 3°) of the first decant.

   As Uranus and Saturn are both aquarius masters, I am wondering : are we, the first aqua decant, going to be stuck between an intense desire of change and an impossibility of it, and a need to structure meanwhile more other things in our life ?

   I cannot stand anymore my job, my 100% male hierarchy and how powerless they make us felt as women, with much less pay and evolution than them, even if we try to fight for all those. And this job has no soul. I have tried for years to improve things at work, with little success, but it was too much energy in the end for nothing : our female condition does not really evolve in the work place– the F world to those men who keep powers, and are often less qualified than us, would be appropriated.
   It’s not a happy time, it hasn’t been a happy time for long since many months, years : a real mountain to climb, on personal and professional area.
   I am not depressed, but I feel like I am in a prison and I don’t find the door to go outside.
   Could you tell me how would you advice to work with Saturn and Uranus this year : because they seem to be my main relationships partners for 2020 ?

   1. Thank you. Okay, so your chart reveals that you have a strong Aquarius signature and will be among the first to gain, from the New Age of Aquarius which is coming. In fact, it is released in waves, with the first important wave coming in just three days’ time. The question for you is, which groups can you best co-operate with? Not all groups are the same. Not all friendships are the same, either. If you raise your sights to the goals you want to pursue, which might be – specifically – saving a particular species, like the platypus, or workplace conditions for women – then you need to be practical about who is going to give you what you need. As the Aquarius weather rolls in, it’s going to become intensely fashionable to be part of a group movement. A lot of people will head in that direction because it’s suddenly chic, not because they are actually any good at group dynamics, sharing, or understanding equality! So, your challenge as Saturn goes into Aquarius, straight after Ceres (February) and ultimately Jupiter in Aquarius (December) is to find the right friends and be with the right circles.    I just finished reading this article and as usual I was fascinated by your insight and ability to make astrology so interesting. It sounds like a lot of hard work ahead. Will you take a look at my chart and give me an idea what to expect this year?
   I was hoping to meet someone these last couple of years, now my biggest concern is work, finding it, although having someone to share my life with would be great. I think i may have to move because i wont be able to pay rent.

   1. Your work situation will be helped a lot by knowing a second language, E, and I am not sure if you have looked into that already. If you have not found work, it is because you are using a formula that (also) does not work. You will create a career in 2020 if you are ahead of the game and realise where the gaps and needs will come from. For example – the corona virus in China is now spreading across Asia. That is going to create shortages and new needs. People will cancel travel plans and stay at home to have their vacation or holiday. That creates a new need. Africa and Great Britain will do deals, as will America and Britain – again that creates brand new needs and gaps in marketplaces. So you need to think ahead and get in the gaps, supply what people want, and not be afraid to make the first move with a business or company if you can see how they could be gaining. Do the work part first and worry about partnership later.

   I am wondering about my year. Particularly the next three months, I have exams and I am worried!
   I am interested in my karma and how can I know if I have spent a previous lifetime with someone?
   I am sure I should know this but how do I tell which aspects dominate my chart.

   1. You can look up your North Node sign and South Node sign any time and hit Search to find out more about your past lives. They move backwards through the zodiac in 19 year loops, going past your birth, through the centuries. In astrology we believe the North Node and South Node signs show what you have come here to repeat. The people involved in those life themes are usually well-known to you from other lifetimes. So, for example, Her Majesty the Queen has a Cancer-Capricorn ‘nodal axis’ as it’s called. Capricorn rules being at the top. Cancer rules the family. She can’t be at the top of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the Commonwealth, without dealing with her family, who succeed her on the throne. It’s a loop. We would expect Prince Charles to have been in her life in other lifetimes. You say you have exams coming up in February, March and April. Worrying is useful because it makes you perform better. If you were not worried, your teachers or professors would be worried! We have Mercury, the planet which rules study, going backwards and forwards in Aquarius and Pisces, in February and March. That is ideal for anything with ‘re’ in front of it, so it is time to revise, rethink, re-read, rewrite and so on.

   I know you are a proponent of sun sign astrology, and caution against the Ascendant being important for horoscopes, however I am struck by how much the Aquarius personality and issues that you outline in the Aquarius birthday horoscope resonate with me, both in my personality as well as the current issues I am dealing with in the year ahead as a Sag sun but with my Aquarius ascendant. Is it really inappropriate to read for my Aquarius ascendant too?

   1. Thank you Faye. Yes, I saw koalas dying in Climate Emergency Fires – as a psychic – back in September. That is when I went on Climate Emergency Strike (#FridaysForFuture) and also started buying trees for koalas, at the Friends of the Koala charity. I wish the prediction had not come true, but it has. The system used by astrologers varies a lot! Some of us tell you to look up your Ascendant as well as your Sun Sign. My prediction system does not work that way. Never use the Ascendant, for daily, weekly or annual forecasts – always your Sun. The reason you feel your personality resonates with Aquarius, is that you are powerfully Aquarian. You have a stellium or unusually high cluster in that sign. The year 2021 will change your life in wonderful ways, thanks to friendships within a very special circle of people dedicated to a common goal.

9. Hello! So enjoy reading your posts. I am a Taurus with Aquarius rising and a Pisces moon – in your view what forecasts should I read that pertain to my ascendant? If at all? What keeps coming up in Aquarius is issues of name, publicity, brand or image – but I’m not to read Aquarius forecasts, should I simply disregard this? Very thankful if you could shed any light on 2020 for me especially when it comes to going full throttle in my business! Respectfully F

   1. Thank you. The Ascendant or Rising Sign is less important than many people think – and often people have a wrong birth time anyway, so their Rising Sign or Ascendant is completely wrong. Even with a spot-on birth time from your mother, your Aquarius Ascendant is just about your image. Nothing more. For better or worse, people rank and rate you (popularly) at a glance, in terms of that sign. So, to the world in general, you are seen through the filter of your involvement with friends and groups. Far more important than anything else is your Taurus Sun. Uranus is going through Taurus for many years and so it is your attitude towards making and spending money, saving it – that will radically alter. Why? Changes required for changing times.

10. Hi Jessica. This whole New Age of Aquarius , what happens if one does not have Aq factors. I had no idea about these things but after reading your blog here, I found that I have only Aesculapia in Aq. You describe this asteroid as one making a return from a point of no return?..I think I barely survive groups and group activities. Never understood why, at times I have had to be part of a group to manage for classes and work (not now, at present I am not working in a limbo about getting back to acad research, am on my own), but then somethings happen and I just end up leaving. So does the coming years of this New Age of A spell difficulties for one with such Aq factors or no Aq factors please? These dynamics are very tiring..

    1. Thank you. The arrival of the New Moon in Aquarius (tomorrow, Friday 24th January) and then Ceres in Aquarius (February) with Saturn in Aquarius (March) and Jupiter in Aquarius (December) means 2021 is all about groups. I don’t see your personal birth chart here, so I can’t comment in detail, but if you only have Aesculapius in Aquarius, what you will find is – particular groups come back from the point of no return. You may have left one, and thought it was over, but it will come back to you. Perhaps one group fell apart. These Aquarian-style groups pool resources. They club together. They join forces. They are not composed of close friendships. They allow a great deal of space! Yet, the casual friendships and acquaintances inside them create change for the better. Aesculapius is a horoscope symbol of revival and resurrection.

    Thank you for this detailed reading. It’s been a tough few years at work, but there’s definitely progress since 2017. Where I’m headed feels right, except on some days when it feels like I’ve taken on too much and can’t really see a direction. Personal life however doesn’t look promising at all. It hasn’t for a long time. I’ve done a lot of work on myself and feel like I’m in a good place but it’s quite. Is there any excitement at all?

    1. Thank you. You are strongly Aquarian and are on the planet to supply the group. Likely, more than one group. We find charity fundraisers with these patterns, but also rock band managers. You have the gift of being able to deal with people in a breezy, easy way. Circulating like an air-conditioner (Aquarius is an air sign). This has been good for social media and your social life to date, and also any circles of people you have been involved with. From March it becomes a more serious task and from December you realise it could open every door. From 2023 it changes your world. So that is where you are going.     I just had my birthday on 20th Jan but it was a hard this time around having to deal with back pain. I am still recuperating. That aside wanted to request you to look at my chart and comment on job change prospects in the future.

    My present job is stable but I am not getting any wins under my belt to carry forward. Hard to see major growth prospects and I am not getting enough recognition, visibility or fun. Not developing or using my leadership skills either. Just researching a lot and increasing my knowledge base.

    A previous company that I worked for got back in touch and I have also spoken with a prior manager about a role in their team/company. I am looking for a leadership role and they know that I can deliver.

    1. You’re pretty lucky to have that Aquarius chart signature. You will be reborn in a totally different role, within and without work, from December, with the first signs from March, and the really big options just before Christmas. You will be supplying a group, team or network. This is a real people power community of those from all walks of life.
