The Democrats were ‘born’ at Jefferson Hall, Portsmouth, New Hampshire on January 8th 1828, giving them a remarkable horoscope which is strongly Aquarian (the sign which rules diversity, equality and community). The landslide victories of former President Barack Obama – twice – and the multi-million vote majority of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election reveal how spectacularly well the party does, when it ‘speaks’ its Aquarian side.

The winner of the 2020 US Election in astrology is a future President who is rich – but wants to give back. Politically this is a new government for 2020 which leans towards socialism. Left. Uranus (radical change) in Taurus (taxes) along with strong Aquarius weather (pooling resources and sharing) suggests this is a Democrat future. The actual leader is up to you.
Generation Aquarius are teenagers now and will vote – and also lead – as Jupiter and Saturn trigger their natal Uranus or Neptune in Aquarius. If you were born between January 30th 1998 and August 23rd 1998; November 29th 1998 and March 10th 2003; September 16th and December 30th 2003 then you are part of Generation Aquarius. There is another pattern in the Democrat horoscope worth noting. It pulls in the Sun, drawing attention in ambitious Capricorn. Right opposite, Saturn with all its hard work and tough times, in Cancer, the sign of home and family. Ops, Saturn’s wife ,is at 17 Taurus in the sign which rules the economy, party donations and taxation. Cupido, which describes passion, is in Libra, the sign of marriages and affairs within the party – like the Clinton partnership. It stretches across 15-19 degrees of the signs allowing for a one-degree orb. You would expect to see it in the first victory for former President Barack Obama and it lights up the chart.

Without verified time, place and birthdate information for the Democrats vying for Presidency – and specifically for Trump, whose staff have supplied two competing birth dates and times – all we can really do is watch the parties. And the weather.
The weather, going across the term of White House rule, is profoundly Aquarian. It speaks to first-time voters born with outer planets in Aquarius and will bring in a striking new trend – respect for equality. Old, young, white, non-white, male, female will be regarded as part of the circle, or part of the community and global ‘family of humanity’.
What is really interesting is the move away from Capricorn weather – which is all about the man at the top – and also the elite minority at the peak of the mountain. Aquarius astrological trends are about power sharing, across the group, not from the top of the pyramid down. It is not necessarily about the man on the cover of Vanity Fair (Beto O’Rourke, above) unless the man also speaks to ‘Gen Aqua’ who will show up to vote in record numbers. This is also the case with Joe Biden. It is not necessarily the safe pair of hands, unless there is a genuine connection between Gen Aqua and the potential President. Who speaks to Gen Aqua best? Perhaps it will turn out to be Bernie Sanders.
For history to be made, we observe the slow-moving planets and other factors like Chiron and the North Node and South Node.
Ceres in Aquarius Sets up 2021
Ceres enters Aquarius on February 1st 2020 and she is a symbol of compromise, power and control issues, and deal-making. Saturn enters Aquarius on March 23rd, so moves alongside Ceres in March and April. Mars moves into Aquarius in April, May. The year begins with a huge emphasis on the need to pool global resources to tackle common goals like global warming repair.
Ceres goes back into Aquarius in September, October, November 2020. As we go past the election result, into December 2020 and what is traditionally Electoral College, Saturn re-enters Aquarius on Friday 18th December and Jupiter arrives in the same sign on Sunday 20th December. The shift in the American atmosphere is remarkable.
Watching the Key Democrat Degrees
At 15 through 19 degrees in November, December 2020 and January 2021, we find: Neptune 18 Pisces and the North Node at 18, 19 Gemini and South Node at 18, 19 Sagittarius. This triggers the pattern in the Democrats’ chart with the Sun at 17 Capricorn, Saturn at 16 Cancer, Ops at 17 Taurus and Cupido at 18 Libra.
What about the 8 through 12 degree pattern? Here we find Uranus at 8 Taurus, but nothing else of note. He triggers Diana at 9 Aries in the Democrat chart. That is extremely interesting because Uranus is about a big change to taxes and the economy and Diana is a symbol of the independent, feminist woman, classically without a husband or children.
Does Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, leading the charge for a Green New Deal, show powerful patterns? She was born with a Rodden A-rated chart, and there is no competing data: what we have here in March 2019 appears to be the real deal.

A.O.C. was born with a conjunction between Saturn at 8 Capricorn and Neptune at 9 Capricorn in the Tenth House of ambition. Perhaps she knows her natal chart; Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a combination of heavyweight and dreamer – Saturn and Neptune – in the zodiac sign associated with women who get to the top and stay at the top. It is entirely possible that if she does not become part of the presidency package in 2020 she will keep trying for the rest of her life. The Fated Links of A.O.C. and F.D.R. and why a New Green Deal is Possible
Venus at 10 Aquarius in the Democrat chart is very close to Cortez’s Saturn at 8 Capricorn and Neptune at 9 Capricorn. The Democrat party ‘natal’ chart also shows Diana at 9 Aries and Jupiter at 10 Scorpio. This is part of the well-known cluster across 8, 9, 10 degrees which we see with major events like the Franklin D. Roosevelt landslide with Neptune at 9 Virgo. That’s really interesting. I know that in March 2019 Cortez’s global dream of a Green New Deal has been defeated, but that exact trine from her Neptune, to the Neptune position when Roosevelt conquered America, has to be taken seriously.
What about the other classic Democrat pattern across 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 degrees? Cortez also has this. She was born with Mars at 15 Libra, Pluto at 14 Scorpio, Chiron at 16 Cancer. That is extraordinary. Her chart chimes with Roosevelt again. Of course, AOC has chosen to side with Bernie Sanders in the 2020 election and the astrology agrees – this mixture of old/young and white/non-white and male/female is highly Aquarian, as we go into The New Age of Aquarius for 2021.
The F.D.R. Patterns at 16, 17, 18 Degrees – Destiny at Work
When Franklin D.Roosevelt swept to power in times of economic hardship, his New Deal was carried by an astrological wave with Jupiter at 16 Virgo, the South Node at 16 Virgo and North Node at 15 Pisces. His chart which is A.A. Rodden rated is here at astro.com. He was born with Jupiter at 16 Taurus, Uranus at 17 Virgo and Chiron at 17 Taurus. You can see why he was the right man, in the right place, at the right time.
Cortez’s personal birth chart lines up with both F.D.R. and also with his historic landslide victory in the United States. Mars at 15 Libra, Pluto at 14 Scorpio, Chiron at 16 Cancer weaves into that pattern. It’s just one degree away from being exact.
Note Mars at 15 Libra – her partnership within the Democrats will be as important as her fight attacking the Republicans. Libra rules the partner as well as the opponent. Thanks to astro.com, we do in fact have a timed birth chart for AOC. This is useful!
The Barack Obama Patterns at 17, 18 Degrees – Uncanny Connections?
We also need to look at the victory chart for Barack Obama. We find Jupiter at 17 Capricorn, Uranus at 18 Pisces and a host of asteroids and other horoscope objects at 16 degrees. This locks into the Roosevelt 1932 victory chart too – and it lines up exactly with the personal birth chart of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The lack of data from other candidates makes it impossible to predict her future, as there are no rivals to compare charts with. Yet, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her Green New Deal could easily become part of another candidate’s successful partnership or team in 2020 – and based on Roosevelt, Obama and the Democrat chart itself – the Presidency for Cortez is within reach one day. From 2020 we move into a mini Age of Aquarius and her Node (past life karma, reincarnation) is right there. When Pluto goes into Aquarius from 2023, we’re looking at a new nation.
What Do You Think?
The question is, does the crisis of April-June 2021 (the Uranus Return of the Republican Party) come about because they are in power by then and the Democrats push back? Or is it purely because the Democrats obtain so much power that they can force an enquiry into the party finances? (Uranus is in Taurus, the funding sign, in the Republican chart).
I was talking to a friend about this last night. There will be many more conversations about this 2020 election in America ahead and perhaps we may even get some confirmed birth dates and times from the candidates like Beto O’Rourke, for example, to compare to the Cortez horoscope.
The cut-off point between the heavy, potent, relentless Capricorn ‘weather’ of 2018, 2019, 2020 and the fresh start of the Aquarian ‘weather’ of December 2020 is quite extreme, though. That suggest an abrupt break with the Trump era of privilege, power and money at the top – so unless the G.O.P. goes through a complete transformation, this looks like a Democrat win.
The New Green Deal
Franklin D. Roosevelt, Democrat hero, introduced his New Deal economy in the last Uranus in Taurus cycle. Democrats are proposing a ‘Green New Deal’ as I write in March 2019. Some version of this, perhaps with another name, seems certain during the period that Uranus (the revolution) is in Taurus (the global economy) while Pluto (transformation) goes through Aquarius, which happens March 24th 2023 through March 9th 2043. This feels like a long-term Democrat presidency given its green leanings and Roosevelt’s other deal on the last cycle. Unless the G.O.P. copy this policy, the astrology is heading left. Perhaps it is heading towards a classic ‘Age of Aquarius’ theme: old and young. Bernie Sanders and A.O.C. might be that combination.
Outcomes in the Year 2022 and 2023
I have no idea if Cortez has a personal astrologer, but she has chosen to throw herself into the Democrat campaign for leadership one day, four or five years before a fated line-up with Uranus (the revolution) at 14-18 Taurus. That pattern begins in July 2021 and does not stop until May 2023. The economic climate change in the United States and worldwide is radical at that time and of course, anything at Taurus 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 ties into this:
Franklin D. Roosevelt born with Jupiter at 16 Taurus, Uranus at 17 Virgo and Chiron at 17 Taurus.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortes born with Mars at 15 Libra, Pluto at 14 Scorpio, Chiron at 16 Cancer.
What we’re seeing here is someone who is not going to go off the radar in 2020 – in fact her presence increases and intensifies.
The Aquarian Group Mentality – The Mini Age of Aquarius
Cortez was born with the North Node at 22 Aquarius which is profoundly important as Jupiter (solutions, opportunities, breakthroughs) will sit on 22 Aquarius in March 2020, July 2020, November 2020. The North Node describes karma and past-life experience. In Aquarius it tells us she has been involved with political parties many times before in a previous existence. She may also have been involved with world government, of one kind or another.

The Year 2020 in the Destiny of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez or A.O.C.
What we are tracking here is transits to Alexandria’s all-important North Node at 22 Aquarius in the Eleventh House of groups (the Democrats). Expect an important speech and and announcement near Thursday 30th January. A significant television spot near Wednesday 12th February. A substantial internal compromise and challenge inside the Democrats March 30th, 31st and April 1st – April is the month when reality bites. There is a major push-back near May 2nd when A.O.C. is on the attack or defence. Let’s leave it there – but whatever happens – she is at the beating heart of the Democrat party in 2020.
Predicting American elections is pretty pointless really, as a coin-flip can decide a winner from two candidates. We also lack decent data for the major players.
There is also a case to be made for the astrologer bowing out of prediction, as foregone conclusions can be enough to make some voters assume they need not even show up. That can be a concern in swing seats where a small number of votes counts.
Yet, astrology is about democracy and the right of people to know what history is telling them. Astrology can also guide us in the right questions to ask.
We are heading for a global economic revolution as I write this on March 27th, 2019. That’s Uranus in Taurus. We are also headed for rising sea levels. That’s Neptune in Pisces. Now, what can this mini Age of Aquarius usher in? And who can do that?
We have not seen Jupiter and Saturn (the breakthrough and the challenge) in Aquarius (community, diversity, equality) followed by Pluto in Aquarius – in our lifetime. December 2020 is the start.
The Party Not The Person
Remembering Aquarius is about the party not the person – the group not the individual – the focus on the new leadership from inauguration in January 2021 will be on old, young, white, non-white, male, female, straight, gay transgender and so on. At time of writing this does not look at all like a Republican line-up. The American President voted in 2020 will be a leader but his/her focus will be on the team; the party; the community as a whole. He/she will also challenge stereotypical ideas. That is the spirit of Aquarius in this new mini Age of Aquarius.
There will be a huge emphasis on big taxation, for big millionaires and billionaires, with money going back to the poorest. There may also be a new focus on philanthropy and tax cuts for those who donate. The next POTUS gives – and gives back.
If you have a stellium in Aquarius (more than three factors in that zodiac sign) then your Eleventh House of friendships and groups is unusually packed. What happens to those friendships when Saturn, Jupiter and then Pluto all pass through Aquarius? Have friends been lost, or has the friendship changed? That’s typical of this long cycle.

I wonder if there is any way astrologically to suggest whether Roe v. Wade will be overturned and abortion banned nationally. Pro-choice women, though in the majority, are becoming frantic with worry that the Supreme Court will allow repeal.
I understand. It would take a long time to set up all the required charts, unfortunately. What the astrology certainly does show is Mercury Retroshadow is with us, so there’s a lot of ‘re’ in the air. Also a lot of talk that comes to nothing and paperwork that comes to nothing too.
Extremely interesting stuff, Jessica. The American Electoral College system produces anomalies where, sometimes, the person with the most votes is not the one who takes office. Only the presidential election is run in this way in the U.S. We also have districts that are heavily gerrymandered to favor Republican candidates. I really hope the Aquarius weather leads to more fairness and more balanced representation for we who are “commoners”!

It happens every time with Pluto transits, and in Capricorn, the sign which rules the elite at the top, I’m afraid it’s inevitable that anyone who tries to ‘Pluto’ the people will simply not last. We’re going to see that in January 2020 which is crunch time. I completely understand the situation with gerrymandering and also Electoral College.
